Notre chambre était située dans une annexe à 300m de l’immeuble principal. Forte odeur nauséabonde, climatisation chauffage bruyant, absence de détecteurs de fumée. Bâtiment qui manque sérieusement d’entretien et d’amour. Une seule chaise dans la chambre, mini table, pas de peignoir. Les réceptionnistes étaient accueillants et ont fait preuve de compassion mais ils ne pouvaient pas nous rembourser. Nous sommes retournés à la maison. C’est dommage car nous avions connu dans le passé de meilleures expériences. On dirait que les proprios ne prennent plus soin de leur hôtel et veulent seulement empocher l’argent des clients. 170$ pour cela oufff…

I stayed here for a two day conference. Overall, it’s lovely. Clean, comfortable, good food for all the meals. Even the vegetarian options were good, which is often not the case at large events. The only major downside was that there is no soundproofing at all from the adjourning room. The man in the room next to us was a business man and was on his phone all night. We could literally hear the answers from the person he was speaking to on the phone.

Enjoyed our stay 30 years ago! The same this time! Great location with lots to do in a beautiful setting. Only negative is small bathroom and our wooden deck and balcony in urgent need of repairs as rotted wood and visible holes would not be seen once snow arrives. This issue is extremely dangerous!

Quiet retreat
Nice location next to a lake but 20-30 minutes outside Quebec City if that’s where you’re headed. Property is a little dated. Jean at the front desk was excellent.

Besoin de quelques ajustements
Tout d’abord, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre premier séjour à cet hôtel. Tout était bien entretenu et propre en général cependant, dès notre arrivée dans notre chambre dans le pavillon, nous avons été confronté à quelques petites situations qui pourraient facilement être amélioré. Tout d’abord, la porte qui donne accès au pavillon est défectueuse, elle ne ferme pas bien alors les clients doivent donner un grand coup pour la fermer ce qui nous a fait sursauter à quelques reprises au petit matin. Ensuite, les savons et shampooings des clients avant nous n’ont pas été ramassés et laissés dans la douche par l’équipe de nettoyage. Aussi, nous n’avions pas de peignoirs à la chambre comme on nous avait dit pour aller dans les bains chauds et il n’y en avait plus non plus à la réception, seulement de minuscules serviettes disponibles. Dans la nuit, le détecteur de fumée s’est mis à crier à toutes les minutes car la pile était déchargée. À 07am, nous avons reçu un appel de réveil téléphonique automatisé que nous n’avions PAS DUTOUT demandé à recevoir!! La chambre était tout de même confortable mais à cause de tous les désagréments, nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu dormir ou presque!

Great location if you plan on visiting E47, which is right across the road. Hotel doesn’t have any provisions for bike storage though, so plan to keep it locked in the parking lot overnight. Rooms were older, but clean. The old AC unit in my room was extremely loud! Every time it cycled on, it would constantly wake me during the night. It’s also time to upgrade the tv’s, and drop the basic cable packages. Smart tv’s with internet access should be the standard now, to allow streaming or wireless connection with phones or laptops.
