In a half-timbered house from 1438 lovingly 2 apartments have been furnished, (amethyst & citrine).
The house is located diagonally opposite the Blasii Church, directly on the historic market square.
Ferienwohnung Citrin is located in the 1st. Floor, is built over 2 levels and has a separate entrance. The apartment "Citrin" has a cozy living-dining area with double sofa bed, a large flat screen TV and a mommy table with 4 comfortable chairs. The modern fitted kitchen has all the features you would expect from your own home. From the kitchen, you get to a beautiful sun terrace with seating.
A staircase in the living area leads to the sleeping gallery, which has been furnished with a large, modern double bed, an antique wardrobe, and a flat screen TV with DVD. The bedroom is completely darkened.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, toll ausgestattet, sehr gemütlich, beste Lage, mitten im Geschehen, Parkmöglichkeit 2 Min. zu Fuß für 5 € pro Tag vorhanden, was in Quedlinburg Gold wert ist. Alles bestens, können wir nur empfehlen und kommen sicher wieder.

Eine sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete, zentral gelegene Wohnung in dieser wunderschönen Stadt. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, Kommunikation klappt bestens. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: Für Leute, die noch im Bett lesen wollen, wäre eine etwas stärkere Nachttischlampe angenehm (ebenso am Schlafsofa unten). Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein Schmuckstück
Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in perfekter Lage (2 min bis zum historischen Altstadtkern). Wir hatten das Apartement Citrin für 4 Tage bezogen. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht, noch dazu ist sie eine echtes Schmuckstück. Sie wurde mit viel Herz und Liebe hergerichtet und mit einem Auge zum Detail. Die Einrichtung verbindet altes und modernes in Perfektion miteinander. Wir hatten eine sehr freundliche und nette Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. Wir haben uns besonders über den günstig gelegenen Parkplatz gefreut. Wir haben ein schönes Urlaubsdomizil für de nächsten Jahre gefunden.

Wirklich Empfehlenswert!
Die FeWo liegt ausgesprochen zentrumsnah, der (notwendige) Parkplatz für den PKW kann für € 20,- (für 5 Tage) gemietet werden. Zu beachten ist aber, dass die FeWo für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung wegen zweierTreppen nur bedingt bis nicht geeignet ist. Bis ins kleine Detail ist sie aber liebevoll und prima ausgestattet und in einem wirklich sehr gepflegten Zustand. Zudem sind Dinge, die (so unsere Erfahrung aus anderen FeWos) sich die Reinigigungskräfte möglicherweise schon mal mitnehmen (Gewürze, Toilettenpapier, ...) in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Die Vermieter weisen gut in die Stadt, die Umgebung und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ein und waren bei Nachfragen überaus flexibel und hilfsbereit. Wirklich empfehlenswert - Gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in einem Fachwerkhaus. Nette Begrüssung durch den Vermieter. Die Betten sind ein Traum. Die Wohnung kann man gerne weiterempfehlen.
