Huge room with a great view and within walking distance of downtown (but you do need to walk up the hill ). Staff was very friendly at check-in and offered free milk for morning coffee. Great kitchenette too.

Very friendly staff, the premises were clean and tidy also quite upmarket for the price. I highly recommend Alexis as a top place to stay in Queenstown.

Good location,fab views
The room was ready as soon as we arrived,think the room needs a little tlc, just redecoration, nothing major. Clean and comfortable. Felt dorry fie the business as there are ongoing roadworks right outside. It is a 15 to 20 min walk into Queenstown on the road but if you go through the park it tajes little longer but it is a beautiful walk. Would recommend staying hrte

Spacious and clean rooms. Staff super friendly and helpful. The only reason for not giving the property 5 stars for the area around the property is due to the roadworks - which is of no fault of the hotel. I feel for them having to experience the world's longest roadworks!

Loved the Alexis. Large, clean, comfortable room with a fantastic view. Despite warnings about night road work, we didn't hear any during the night (a bit during the day, but we were out and about mostly and it didn't bother us). The parking garage/laundry area smelled like sewage (possibly related to road work?) -- otherwise our stay was perfect.

Only due to the road works, walking and driving to and from the motel was via a very steep detour (not far but with little kids it was a bit tricky to walk up). Otherwise, location is perfect.

Lovely hotel
This is a lovely modern hotel. Very nice rooms and facilities, but on tiered hillside levels so may not suit people with mobility difficulties. You can walk to the town centre in about 25 minutes. I have no hesitation in recommending Alexis Motels.

The hotel room itself was very nice, however directly in front of hotel it is a HUGE, NOISY CONSTRUCTION SITE. You cant even drive into the front of hotel, and very difficult to navigate to entrance. The front desk person was also very rude and defensive about all the construction going on. It was a nightmare and terrib
