Fantastic location and perfectly satisfactory room - would have been nice to have 2 comfortable chairs to sit in while in the room - there was more than enough room. Would stay here again.

The Crown Plaza is situated perfectly, located opposite Lake Wakatipu and on the lower end of the shopping and dining precinct. Everything is within easy walking distance. The room had a balcony and incredible view of Queenstown. The beds were comfy and we took advantage of the pillow options. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

This was our first trip to Queenstown and The Crowne Plaza was the best location. The hotel is toasty warm on a cold day & the staff are extremely welcoming. We had booked lake view room & our views over Lake Wakatipu & Queenstown were premium. We had the best time and already planning to come back again Thank you!
