The property is clean and modern. The breakfast spread is also very nice - with made to order eggs. The service staff - front desk and the restaurant are all very friendly and courteous. The location of the hotel is perfect - right in the middle of the city center area, with tons of restaurants and shopping options. Valet parking in the attached garage is very convenient and fast. Would stay here again for sure !!

The Crown Plaza is situated perfectly, located opposite Lake Wakatipu and on the lower end of the shopping and dining precinct. Everything is within easy walking distance. The room had a balcony and incredible view of Queenstown. The beds were comfy and we took advantage of the pillow options. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.
