Large room with comfortable beds. Great shower with good water pressure. Front desk staff were super helpful Fabulous location in the beautiful Centro Historico. The only downside, quite outside the fault of the hotel, was the noise of the concerts in nearby Jardin Zenea that went on till the early hours at the weekends. Luckily the band was quite good! Would recommend this hotel.

Comfortable at a reasonable price.
The staff were attentive to my needs. The hotel location was wonderful. My room was spacious and comfortable. The proximity to stores, restaurants, and entertainment is excellent. I highly recommended this hotel.

Amazing trip
The location is wonderful. This was my first time staying in Querétaro. I found many restaurants and stores at walking distance. I loved my room with lots of space. The balcony was a plus. It didn't bother me the street noise and/or the church bells (hearing the church bells was refreshing). The hotel staff were friendly and always treat me with courtesy and respect. I will come back and of course, i highly recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thank you soooo much for making me feel special and welcomed. I also received a bottle of wine.

I love this place, it’s not the first time I’m staying here. Only problem is, they way they are managing the parking. This time I wasn’t explained about how it exactly works and I had to lag twice, at the hotel and at the parking company. They refuse to give my money back because I signed a cardex :( be careful and if you need it, doble ask !

I Liked the city center location and ease of catching a taxi and shopping. the interior rooms were nice an quiet, A/C made them not feel stuffy. Hospitable friendly staff. Very helpful and observant.

The hotel was walkable to the points of interest. The property was clean and well taken of . Only the carpet in the room was cut and over worn .
