La habitacion y el baño son amplios. Pero el acceso en auto es un tanto complicado cuando al mismo tiempo uno quiere entrar y otro salir. No estan bien definidas las lineas de los cajones de estacionamiento y cada quien se estaciona como quiere. En el baño deberia haber un tapete antiderrapante o una toalla extra con este fin. Se escucha cuando descargan la pipa de agua. Y cuando regresaba al hotel afuera de los cuartos había amontonadero de toallas y/o sábana eso da mul mal aspecto. El cupón de desayuno ofrece 3 alternativas y nunca hubo huevos con jamón pese ha estar escrito. Una vez habia poquita gente desayunando y pedí que si podían apagar los ventiladores y dijeron que no porque se encerraba el calor (ese día hubo viento). Por ultimo, el dia que llegué me comunicaron que se descompuso la caldera y tardaron 3 dias en arreglarla, en fin. Hubieron mas detalles pero creo que lo que hay que resaltar es que no tienen actitud en el servicio, hay que trabajar bastante en ello.

Sin agua caliente
Nunca salió el agua caliente y el teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba como para reportarlo, de hecho el de ninguna porque reservamos 2 habitaciones. Ese tipo de servicios son básicos y para el costo de la habitación (1,500 c/u), era lo mínimo que debían ofrecer.
