Each of our Cob House Suites offers a unique blend of comfort and rustic charm. Suites have two bedrooms, providing ample space for families or groups of friends. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed which can be converted into two twin beds, providing flexibility to suit your preferences. Meanwhile, the second bedroom features a single bed nestled next to a picturesque 10-foot picture window, allowing you to wake up to the calming sights and sounds of nature. Surrounded by lush greenery, including fruit trees, flowers and a variety of plants, our suites offer a peaceful sanctuary amidst the beauty of the Himalayas.

Amenities and facilities:
During your stay, you will have full access to our welcoming reading lounge, where you can relax with a captivating read from our extensive book collection. Step outside to “the island,” our outdoor space offering stunning 270-degree views of the surrounding landscape. Although Chetan and Vandita may occasionally be present on the property, rest assured that our dedicated Hospitality Manager is always on hand to ensure your comfort and satisfaction.

Local attractions and activities:
In our Cob House Suites, we encourage guests to embrace the art of relaxation and connect with nature. Rather than a traditional to-do list, many visitors arrive with a list of things not to do, seeking respite from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Satkhol village may not offer typical tourist attractions, but there is no shortage of natural beauty and serenity. Embark on leisurely walks, indulge in creative activities such as painting or writing, or simply relax in tranquil surroundings.

For those seeking adventure, the surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for exploration. Take a scenic drive to nearby attractions such as Mukteshwar, known for its scenic views and hiking trails, or the Bhimtal and Dhokaney waterfalls, where you can immerse yourself in the beauty of nature. Other notable destinations include Nainital, Almora and Bhim Taal, each offering its own charm and attractions.

Transportation and accessibility:
While our Cob House Suites offer a secluded retreat from the hustle and bustle, access to nearby amenities and attractions is easily facilitated with the help of our dedicated staff. Guests can enjoy leisurely walks to the well-stocked Kapil store or to nearby hiking trails, while transportation to other destinations can be arranged by our team. Please note that the last 150 meters from our property is a walk, but our staff is available to assist you with your luggage. Parking is available on the main road and taxis can be hired for further excursions.
