The Space:
The apartment on Morgan Street is a charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath rental in the historical Warehouse District of Downtown Durham that includes a fully stocked kitchen, comfortably furnished rooms, and free parking on-site. It's within walking distance to the convention center and Downtown Durham's best restaurants, pubs, and entertainment.

You'll love the 18th century architectural roots of the space which features brick, timber, high ceilings, wood floors & an open floor plan. It'll be your home away from home while you explore and experience everything Durham has to offer. We love to give recommendations to our guests so never hesitate to ask us for things to do, places to eat, or sights to see.

What you'll really like about staying at our space:

• Cleanliness. Our space is professionally cleaned before each and every reservation, while many other listings in the city are not. You'll really appreciate staying at a clean and well taken care of space.

• Communication. We have a 100% response rate for a reason. We respond to each and every guest message within just a few minutes, before and during your stay.

• Arrival. We have a convenient 24/7 self-check-in system with free on-site parking that lets our guests have flexible check-in times, no matter how late it is at night.

We also have an outside camera above the hallway entrance that we use to help us conveniently check-in guests, and as an added security benefit for our guests. These cameras do have audio recording that we are able to review history of if needed. There are no cameras or audio recording devices inside.

• Location. The location we're in is a walker's paradise since most places you'll want to visit won't require a car. Morgan Street is as flat as a pancake, has ample sidewalk space, and is very bikeable. Our home is just a 5-minute walk away from the Convention Center. *Important Note: This rental is located in a historic tobacco warehouse that has been converted into residential apartments but still maintains older warehouse fixtures. The walls for the bedrooms do not reach the 22 foot ceiling, this can be seen in the pictures. Also, since this is an industrial setting, some noise does carry from surrounding neighbors. The parking is not on the ground level of the building, but rather 1 block away. Let us know if you have any further questions about these notes!

Good but not great
The apartment was exactly as described. It was roomie but the bedroom were kind of cubicle like due to the high ceilings. The dish washer was full and running when we got there. The couch is not comfortable and the beds are a bit on the hard side. There is a sky light in the unit that was pretty bright even at night and “good vibes” light sign that couldn’t be turned off, this led to more light at night while sleeping. There is a train track close by that runs all night as well. It is extremely close to bars and restaurants which is super continent and nice. It was fairly clean as well.

Great location for easy walks, cool industrial retro setting
The area is home to a number of brick warehouse buildings that have been turned into a pretty nice place to live. Easy walk to restaurants in and around the Brightleaf area and to the Saturday farmers market. A bit longer walk to take in the downtown area and Durham Bulls minor league ball games, but totally doable.

Perfect for our family
This apartment was perfect for three adult family members visiting Durham together for an extended weekend. The apartment was spacious and clean, the decor was soothing and attractive, the beds comfortable, and the location was wonderful. We were able to walk to local restaurants and immerse ourselves in Durham’s history while staying in the beautiful renovated industrial building and neighborhood.
