It’s and OK hotel.
The room was ok. The bed and couch were comfortable, but the ceiling looked like it was falling apart. Plus, the closet was TINY yet they had extra wasted space. Also, the balcony is not worth the upcharge. It faces a busy street.

Nice rooms and hotel in general- very new, modern decor. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, lacking in dairy options and the food was a bit over cooked. Room was nice except several ants were crawling over the floor.

There were a few issues with the cleanliness of the room. Like red smudges on the bathroom door frame, the lid to the ice bucket was mildewed and had hairs on it. Night staff was extremely rude. The Saturday night I stayed the hotel was full of kids obviously under the age of 25 with no adults in site, and my entire floor smelled like weed. It’s supposed to be a smoke free hotel.

The property was was very convenient and accessible for my trip and itinerary. Very central location. Very friendly staff and satisfied with the breakfast options. Very positive experience. If traveling to Raleigh would stay again.
