Upon checking in the lady who was working was super rude. She was talking very quiet and did not smile one time. Right off the bat it wasn’t a great experience but oh well… then I started coming to the room. There are stains all over the carpet in the hallway, the elevator was nasty. When I got to the room there was a weird smell like cat liter. There’s a huge stain on the chair it looks like it has never been cleaned. The carpet again was nasty. Very old. There was a huge spider in the room. Bed was clean so we’re going to sleep and leave as soon as we can in the morning.

Top to bottom, this was the best hotel experience I've ever had; the room was great, the prices were very reasonable, parking was spacious, and the general area was well-lit and quiet. (As long as you're able to block out airplane noise, which I am.) I have family in the area, so I'm glad to have found the perfect place to stay when I come in to visit.

This place is below par just because of the cleanliness. They may have a facelift but you can see where improvements need to be made. Pool was a plus but when we got in it was not even heated. I'm placing this place off my radar when traveling to NC.

Overall the stay was nice. The hotel was clean and gentleman that checked us in was very kind.My only complaint is that breakfast was gone by 9am (was suppose to be over at 10am). I alerted the front desk, however the young lady was not helpful at all....she mumbled something about the breakfast staff should be there. I came back up to the front and she didn't have an update. We ended up just checking out early so that we can get something to eat. There wasn't even milk for cereal so that was disappointing.
