Our experience was good, staff was very helpful and facitility was clean. The rooms were recently renovated but bathroom ceiling height is low and overall could be better. The location is behind auto shop but with the car many stores and restaurants are close by.

Nice for family visit
Good place for a family stay. Breakfast was good, the attendant was great at keeping fresh food coming out and keeping the area clean. Dog friendly with a small area out back.

Property is clean. Rooms as well. Beds were top notch with soft firm pillows. Hotel provided hot breakfast which is great. One downside is the walls were thin enough that I could hear distant sounds of the television and the loud flush of the toilet next door.

This was a great hotel for the price. Staff was very friendly, hotel was very nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable . Room and bathroom were very nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Property is clean enough, but you can tell it is older with some in room damage to lamps, trim and ceiling paint peeling off. I thought it would be better based on reviews. Breakfast was subpar at best. They do no clean your room unless you ask apparently, but that was not communicated - there for 3 nights and housekeeping never came. In industrial type area with an automotive shop as the view. Would not stay here again.

Perfect Hotel Stay
Great stay. We were in Raleigh overnight for my daughter to have carpal tunnel surgery the following day. Hotel is very clean, front desk staff very friendly and accommodating, our large room (two queen beds, shower instead of tub), perfect water temperatures and pressure. The small fridge was perfect. Squeaky clean, really comfy beds, very responsive thermostat. I believe this is an older property that has been renovated, but I do not know how long ago because given the condition, it could have just reopened the day before we came-that’s how nice everything was. Breakfast (included) was perfect. The staff kept the breakfast serving area very clean. There were scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, toasters for toast and bagels, butter, cream cheese and jams, yogurt, waffles (make your own), dry cereals, several flavors of instant oatmeal, coffee, milk and tea bags with hot water to make tea and for the instant oatmeal. We were there overnight on a Monday, so bear in mind we ate breakfast on a Tuesday morning. Two adults, no kids, and came down to breakfast around 8:15. If you are there on a weekend, beat in mind that it’s a lot harder for any hotel’s breakfast staff to keep things perfectly neat and quickly restocked with a huge crowd and kids running amok! I appreciated that they did have a neat little sign that said, “No children under 12 at the bar, please.” Great idea! I would not want my 3-yr old granddaughter impeding folks trying to serve their plates!

Well kept. Clean rooms Would compare to some more expensive places. The negative is not enough insulation in walls. Had to listen to neighbors tv all night long.

We were really disappointed that the laundry facilities were broken. I booked hoping to do my college sons laundry while visiting but ended up having to go do it elsewhere.

Everything seemed clean but there was a smell of residual smoke or something of the like in the roof. The decor was kind of dark and half of the parking lot was coned off for some reason. The location seemed to be on the edge of the hood. Would not feel safe walking at night in them at area.
