The clerk wasn’t accommodating to our needs. We were traveling all morning and asked to be checked in a l title early so we could rest before our event later in the afternoon, and she kept saying there were “no clean rooms.” This has never happened to me before in any other hotel - they are always able to accommodate us, but she made us wait until after 3:00 to get into the room, causing us to be late to our event. Will never stay here again and definitely do not recommend to anyone, ever

Only the first floor where there is lobby for breakfast has a nice view and decorated but even having a pre check in we had to wait to see if the desired room was available and then we were given a 4th floor where when we entered elevator which really doesn’t look like 3-star hotel elevator and then as soon as we came out of elevator the 4th floor smelled like as if someone has taken a weed. After entering the room my son was trying to see through the window and I immediately saw that it was not even locked and I had to lock that window. Last the bathroom sink was not good at all and as we washed our hands it was filling as if the gutter was not emptied or plunged.

Very Frustrating
They did not recognize our reservation. Also shuttle bus was supposed to pick us up but never arrived after 30 minutes outside. Spent two hours with hotels.com to get a refund. In addition, the room to the door looked like it have been broken into.

staff - excellent commode needs attention due to previous abuse, I would also suggest turning down hot water in shower (adjustment screw in faucet behind trim) people could potentially scald themselves)

Good location; however lots of construction in the neighborhood. Hotel is dated and needs a major upgrade. The hair dryer was missing and the room phones didn’t work ( had to call front desk from my cellphone). Front desk staff is friendly.

Very courteous and accommodating would definitely stay again. I did find the side entry to the hotel to be somewhat dirty like the hall has not been vacuumed but other than that perfect. The beds I could have stayed in the whole time I was there if not for work. Breakfast a lil better than just packaged goods but eggs and sausage were just powdered and frozen. 8/10
