The front desk clerk was very professional, friendly and helpful Answered all of our questions. very minor things we dealt with .......sliding bathroom door was hard to get to stay closed and a dresser drawer didn;'t close completely All and all the room was very nice and comfortable we enjoyed our stay very much the breakfast was really good

hi i havent received my back deposit m yall. want to come back for a swim this weekend but i wanted to swim when i was ladt there but the pool was closed due short of staff. I was in a hurry to the DMV last time and used the wrong account to extend my stay so I'm waiting on that as well but hope to be back when the funds are back and sorry for the mix up. Not so good stay!
First the room keys didnt eork took multiple efforts to get maintence to come up and look at what was a battery problrm. The refrigerator was looked at and didnt eork. They wanted us to change rooms at 12:30AM instead of bringing a new one for our food and beverages which stayed at room temperature.The reason i selected this hotel was for the indoor pool. It was closed for "health reasons". A little scaty with today's health concerns.

A hidden treasure!
The hotel is beautiful and the staff are welcoming and friendly. I would have never selected this hotel, as I usually travel and book chain hotels. I was pleasantly surprised by the presentation of the Lobby, the restaurant and, the lounge area. The room was very large and comfortable. I won't even complain about not having a microwave in each room (it's located mid-hall), but that is a consideration when I travel. Overall, it is a nice place for a short stay.

The hotel is nice, the room was spacious & comfy. We did not have a mini-frig in our room...check if you're wanting that amenity! The wifi was really spotty, we had trouble using our laptop! Convenient location to several sites! Be sure to pay a visit to Bennett Place & Duke Homestead & of course a Durham Bulls baseball game!

I had an appointment in South Carolina and it was cancelled due to the storm we had come through. I had to cancel my room (just booked the day before) and the hotel refused to refund my stay. This problem was beyond my control, nevertheless, I am out a lot of money!

I have stayed at the Millennium several times. The advertised hot tub has never been in service, but prior to this stay the pool was available. This trip neither the pool nor the hot tub were in use. I was very disappointed

The hotel is tired and old. The bar wasn't open. Front desk didn't have quarters to make change to use the dryers. The Wifi was slow and really weak in multiple locations.
