Stayed for Work
I stayed for a month at this location. I received the incorrect entry code, but received it about 15 minutes after contacting a rep. The master bedroom is a decent size and the other two bedrooms has plenty of room. The downstairs has great seating and a big dining room table. The house has all the essentials. I didn’t use the pool since it was cold out but it is decent size as well.

Poor Follow Up
I chose this home due to its location to our kids soccer tournament. While the home was clean, the outside was not. There was litter in the front yard. The night I arrived, the primary bedroom's toilet and shower didn't work. In the morning I checked, and the water main for the toilet was not off, so I fixed that. I texted Red Awning and they sent someone out to fix the shower. However, the plumber changed the waterhead of the hall shower, not the primary. So for three nights we only had one shower.Additionally, there are very few extras with this home. No soap in the bathroom, no blow dryers, and you need your own subscriptions to watch anything on the TV.

Nice house, yard needs some work.
Home was clean, and it had been remodeled nicely, but the back yard had broken glass from patio lights that had fallen down and there was trash on the patio from the previous guests. Outdoor trash cans were full. Property was in a convenient location.

***WARNING ***READ BEFORE BOOKING
We stayed for about 10 minutes , long enough to be disgusted, & take photographs for evidence . Pool completely UNUSABLE!! (Green, swampy w/ living creatures inside!) The trampoline DID NOT look safe to use. The worst part: 2 weeks to get my promised refund after A LOT of stress back and forth on the phone with the, “RedAwning,” management company as well as VRBO. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this property OR “RedAwning”, company properties after my personal experience.
