Run down, fixtures coming off the walls , toilet was about to fall off it’s mount. poor water pressure but still backed up shower drain . Breakfast was poor . Loud neighbors in adjacent rooms . Good location and cheap rates are the only redeeming qualities.

At least there were no bugs or roaches. The toilet needed to be bolted to the floor, the toilet paper roller was coming off the wall, one towel I used left lint all over me. A room next to mine had the TV on all night and it was still on when I left. I saw a homeless lady with a dog on the street when I drived up
