Slow drainage on sink. Toilet would not flush fully unless you fully held the flush handle down. Random silverfish would appear. Shower heads look old and are yellowed, but they still function just looks dated. Odd smell outside the hallway corridor, almost moldy. Fresh handtowels had pubic hair in them. Entire hotel feels dated and needs a remodeling.

This hotel is wonderful for any of us who are attending concerts or anything at the PNC Arena . The only negative is that the marijuana smell seems to have been absorbed into the walls and carpet. We have stayed there many times and the smell has improved, but it is still there. It shouldn't be since it is listed that no smoking is allowed, otherwise it is a great hotel and has a wonderful breakfast.

State Fair Getaway
Price was good. Location was good. We had a problem finding the elevator which was in the middle of the complex and then still had a bit of a problem finding our room when we got to the second floor. We ended up being very close to the stairs so we just used them. Staff was courteous. Overall we were reasonably satisfied but I feel this hotel is in need of an update.

The internet service is terrible. the service in the room barely functioned, and I had to go to the lobby to connect to do basic things. unless this was remedied, i'm not sure i'd stay here again. The staff was friendly and the hotel was in very good condition for its age. Good location
