When we first arrived the front desk staff were so nice and friendly, check-in was quick and easy, our room was okay but dirty so the manager upgraded our room to a suite at no charge, that room was exceptional! House keeping was very nice and replenished towels, toiletries and coffee daily. The buffet breakfast was decent, the same thing every day with not many options. Overall our stay was great!

Our stay couldn't have been better. It was a beautiful, very clean room. The staff was knowledgable and very friendly. Check-in and out were very easy. Nice pool, good, hot breakfast.

The property was dated and poorly maintained. There was an underlying smell of aged cigarette smoke. The grass was uncut. Furniture was worn. Pillows were oddly square. The TV was the size at a computer monitor. The good thing was we were able to check out no questions asked after the first night.

Won't be my first choice next time
This could be a really nice property, but it certainly needs some TLC. Bed was creaky, but was comfy enough. A coat of paint wouldn't hurt. A bigger sign would be helpful as we nearly passed it each time we came back. The pool was nice, but a lot of debris floating in the water. With some cleanup, and repair, this could be a good one.

Don’t trust the overly generous ratings. Dingy, moldy carpets, especially near the balcony. Shower faucet was so loose it looked like it would come off. Looks like at least four spots of water damage on the ceilings. Breakfast and the pool were okay, though the pool could use some patching around the borders. Staff was friendly.

Attractive landscaping. Good free breakfast staffed with active helpful people. At checkin one staff member was helpful and another dismissive. Room was clean but needs refreshing: tub and tile were stained, arms on upholstered chair were rubbed slick. Bedding was very nice; beds, comfortable. Very convenient to highway and PNC arena. Hall lighting is oddly dim. Pool looked inviting but weather did not permit giving it a try.

Dated but nice enough
Hotel is decent but very outdated. The one elevator would randomly open early and was pretty beat up. Our room key wouldn't open the side doors only the very front and the back that opens to the basement. The room was a lot better than expected and breakfast was delicious.
