Spacious for family
We enjoyed how spacious this property was. There was enough room for a toddler to crawl and feel independent while being viewed by an adult. Also enough room to find a cozy reading spot. We were grateful for a gate to put near the stairs. Owner was very responsive to our request for hotter water.we really enjoyed our stay and were glad to have all our family in one house.

Great family house
We had a great time staying with my kids (as young as 3) and parents (as old as 84). The house was clean and well maintained. Great spaces for eating and playing games together. My picky parents both loved it and said they would stay again. The house was very close to grocery stores and restaurants.

We were in town for a celebration of life and needed a place for several cousins to stay. This property was perfect! Plenty of large bedrooms and bathrooms. Very open floor plan with lots of space including a large dining room. Would definitely stay here again! Appreciate how communicative the host was.

Staycation in Raleigh
We needed ample open space for 4 adult family units and this home was perfect for our needs. Upon arrival it was neat and clean and had a large kitchen table which provided roomy seating for 6 adults to play cards and games. Which is why we selected it. Kitchen was adequately though minimally stocked with cookware, but plenty of plates, glasses, mugs and flatware, plus a very nice, quiet dishwasher. Great location with easy access to Falls of Neuse and grocery/dining venues there. Wilkerson and Durant Road Nature Preserves nearby. It should be noted on web site that all bedrooms are upstairs, which could be a challenge to anyone with mobility issues. A couple of repair items we noted were fixed immediately by owner. I did not rate this 5 stars only because multiple minor repairs and minor deficiencies were identified. But due to prompt response from owner I fully expect these will be remedied completely before the next guest arrives. I do not fault the owner for these because they cannot fix things if renters do not alert them to issues, and I believe this is what happened here. As stated, these modifications were minor and I would not hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone and would definitely stay here again. We were completely satisfied with our rental and responsiveness of owner.

Very remote location located in Raleigh, near easy travel access and all amenities. Susan was great whenever we had a problem. She was above and beyond the call of duty. We had 4 couples and the ad said 4 bathrooms, so I thought we would all have our own bathroom, but there are only 3 1/2 baths and we had to compensate.

We had 5 co-workers staying in the house for a team building get together. The house provided us with enough space to each have our own spacious and private room. The downstairs had plenty of space for dining, cooking and hanging out. Everything looked exactly like the photos and was very clean. I would recommend.

Spacious Home in quiet neighborhood in North Raleigh
This home was perfect for our family reunion. Large gathering spaces on the main level. Front porch and rear patio were nice outdoor spaces to congregate. We enjoyed the fire pit. Four bedrooms upstairs and three full bathrooms made for a comfortable stay for our group of 8. Great communication by the hosts.

started off great, poor ending
Our stay started off nice, a large beautiful home with plenty of room for our family. We ran in to an issue with the oven on the first day but it was quickly solved by the owners (who live next door). We were very please with the kindness and promptness of them handling the issue. On the second day we discovered ants in the dining area and alerted them of the problem. Then on the day before check out I found evidence of mice (eaten through our granola bars and droppings on the floor). I quickly alerted them and they came to assess. We felt we were greeted in an accusatory manor, as if we had brought in the ants and the mice. They even went so far as to pick up a single crumb (across the room from where the ants were congregating) and say it’s because of food on the ground. In the end they sprayed the ants, left the mouse poop on the ground and said they’d call an exterminator. We left feeling very disappointed. What could have been a wonderful stay was ruined by mice and ants
