Welcome to Persimmon Place! Enjoy this lovely, off-the-beaten-path home for a weekend, week or month with your family & friends! Easy drive to downtown, airport, shopping, restaurants. Spacious en-suite primary BR has king bed, huge closet, nightstands with built-in charging stations. Private fenced backyard is a great place to bbq, relax & watch the kids play. There's a corn-hole game & a soccer ball in the garage. We follow a specialized cleaning process for your peace of mind. Come be our guests!
The space:
Aside from the 3 comfortable bedrooms, we have a separate office, a dining room that easily accommodates 6 & an eat-in kitchen with a table that seats 4 to 6, and a spacious living room with comfy seating. The front porch has a small bench & back patio has a bench, several chairs, including a rocker. There's also a grill for your use. The private, fenced-in back yard has plenty of room for kids to play. We're removed from the hustle & bustle of the big city, down a long & winding road, in a safe & friendly neighborhood. We occasionally get a bug or 2 in the house, so please try to keep doors & windows closed at all times. Pest control is performed regularly, but if you see (indoors) an ant, bee, beetle, fly, mosquito, roach, spider, stink bug, wasp or other little critter, please don't panic. Contact us asap & we'll take care of it, unless you prefer to dispose of it yourself (but please let us know). We pride ourselves in offering a haven of peace & privacy. So if you have a problem with anything, please call us asap to resolve the issue - we will do everything in our power to make it better for you! Please consider working with us, rather than posting a negative online review, which can be very damaging for a small business like ours, especially if the issue can be resolved amicably & privately. We appreciate you!
Guest access:
Our guests have complete access to the entire home, including the fenced-in back yard & the two-car garage. The locked exterior shed, for owner's storage, is not accessible.
Other things to note:
Would you like something special for an occasion, like a birthday or anniversary? We can provide wine or Champagne, flowers and/or chocolates. Do you need a babysitter or a car seat? Just ask & we'll find it! There is a second tv upstairs in the primary bedroom, but it can be moved to any bedroom (please ask when you book, so we can do that for you). If there is anything else that would make your stay with us more comfortable, efficient and enjoyable, please let us know. We aim for your 5-star review!
