Our apartment's location offers quick and easy access to major destinations in Durham, including Duke Hospital, downtown Durham, Duke's sporting stadiums (Cameron Indoor Stadium and Wallace Wade Stadium), and the Durham Performing Arts Center (DPAC), all just a short drive away.

For exploring beyond Durham, our apartment is situated near major highways, providing easy access to other parts of the Research Triangle region, including Chapel Hill, Raleigh, and Research Triangle Park.

Please remember that you're staying in a privately owned home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our absolute best to take action ASAP. But we're also just regular people with other jobs doing the best that we can.

Unauthorized Guests: Each unauthorized and/or unregistered overnight guest will result in a discretionary charge of $50 per night.

Unauthorized Pets: Each unauthorized pet on the property will result in a discretionary charge of $100 per night.

Pet Fee: We have a pet fee of $29 per pet. Guests bringing more than one pet must receive special approval from the owner and pay additional $29 per pet fee.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Requests: Due to the high volume of bookings and the time needed to provide thorough cleanings between guests, we are not always able to accommodate. However, if we are able to approve an early check-in or late check-out the cost is $25. Unapproved early check-ins and/or late check-outs will result in a discretionary charge of $49 per hour.

Unauthorized Parties: An unauthorized party/event will result in a discretionary charge of $250 in addition to all additional costs of cleaning and repairing damages.

Non-Smoking Property: The presence of residual smell from any kind of smoking (e.g., cigarettes, marijuana, cigars) will result in a $250 charge plus any additional costs of cleaning and/or damage repair.

Noise Restriction: Excessive noise during quiet hours will result in a discretionary charge of $100 in addition to any and all costs incurred by the disruption caused to guests in other units.
