The complex provides complimentary parking in the adjacent parking space, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Depending on the unit, a parking pass may or may not be required. We're delighted to accommodate your furry friends at our property. We understand the importance of pets as part of the family, and to ensure their comfort, we have a pet-friendly policy in place. For your convenience, here are the details:
➡A nominal pet fee of $49/pet will be applied.
➡For stays between 7 to 21 nights, the fee will be $100 per pet.
➡For extended stays beyond 21 nights, a monthly fee of $175 per pet will be applicable.
Please note that the pet fees mentioned are designed to be flexible based on the duration of your booking. So, depending on the length of your stay, you'll only need to pay the corresponding difference.
🚭 NO-DRUG/SMOKING/PARTIES POLICY
We strictly prohibit drugs, smoking, and parties on the property. Our building shares space with two drug detection K9 units and an active police officer, ensuring a safe and respectful environment. Violations of this policy will result in a $1,000 fine, immediate removal from the property, and notification to law enforcement.
🔍 SAFETY & INSPECTIONS
To maintain safety and compliance, local authorities require mandatory fire, sprinkler, and water system inspections every three months. These are brief 5-minute checks conducted by the maintenance team or a fire marshal. If your stay coincides with an inspection, you may receive a short visit.
🔑 CHECK-IN PROCEDURE & SMART LOCK ACCESS
All guests must complete a check-in form before arrival, including ID verification and the number of occupants. Access to the unit is provided via a smart lock app, and an invite will be sent to your phone 24 hours before arrival. Self-check-in instructions will also be sent via email or message.
👥 ADDITIONAL GUESTS & AMENITIES
If you plan to have additional guests during your stay, you must inform us in advance for approval. Unregistered guests are strictly prohibited. If you are traveling with an infant, cribs are available upon request for a small fee.
🔑 KEY FOB OR KEYS
Each reservation includes one key fob, which is required for building entry and exit. Please ensure you do not misplace it, as a $250 replacement fee will be charged for lost or unreturned key fobs.
⚠️ AVOID ACCIDENTS & LIABILITY
To prevent accidents, please be cautious with fragile items, particularly glass, as broken glass poses a significant safety hazard in the unit and pool area. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by glass breakage. Please avoid placing glass near unstable surfaces to prevent accidents.
🗑️ TRASH DISPOSAL
All guests must properly dispose of trash and recyclables in designated containers. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning fees. Please help us keep the space clean and pleasant for everyone.
🚗 PARKING GUIDELINES
Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise designated. There is no vertical clearance, but the parking space accommodates vehicles up to 7 feet, 3 inches in height. Each reservation allows for one vehicle, and commercial vehicles are not permitted. Parking is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for theft, towing, or damages. Please do not leave valuables in your vehicle.
🔇 QUIET HOURS & ENJOYMENT
Quiet hours are from 8PM to 8:00 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Loud music and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in immediate cancellation of your booking without a refund.
🚫 UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Any unauthorized guests found on the premises will result in a $100 fine per guest and immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
🎥 NO FILM PRODUCTION ALLOWED
Filming, professional photoshoots, or any type of commercial production are strictly prohibited on the property. Any violations may result in booking cancellation without a refund.
🏊 POOL POLICY & AVAILABILITY
The pool is available seasonally and subject to maintenance schedules. There is no lifeguard on duty, and guests must use the pool at their own risk. Pool hours and availability may change without notice. Glass containers are strictly prohibited in the pool area. Guests must adhere to all posted pool rules.
🐾 PET POLICY
We welcome small pets under 30 lbs, but a $49 pet fee per pet applies. There is a limit of two pets per unit, and their combined weight must not exceed 30 lbs. Pets must be house-trained and well-behaved. They must remain leashed or contained in the unit and are not allowed in common areas. Proof of current vaccinations is required. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and any damages caused.
🚭 SMOKING POLICY – STRICTLY ENFORCED
Smoking is prohibited everywhere on the premises, including inside the unit, outside the unit, and in public spaces. Violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate removal from the property.
🪪 IDENTITY VERIFICATION
To ensure security, all guests must complete identity verification before check-in. This includes providing a valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport) and submitting a selfie along with a scanned copy of the ID. Every guest staying in the unit must provide identification. Failure to complete verification may result in booking cancellation without a refund.

We enforce a two-strike policy to maintain a peaceful and respectful stay for all guests.
- First Violation: Guests will receive a warning.
- Second Violation: Guests will be immediately removed from the property without a refund.
