The lobby is nice, the hotel is clean and decorated nicely, but the food is not so great, the beds were very uncomfortable, And the pillows were cheap. I expected more out of this hotel.

Old world charm with modern amenities tucked away by Duke University. The staff were amazingly gracious, and the attention to detail in making sure that hotel guests were comfortable was done in an effortless manner. The impeccably manicured grounds added to the beauty of the whole experience.
