The only issue I had was that parking was limited. It seemed like it was jusssst enough parking for everyone. That was the only weakness of this hotel. Everything else was great. One employee in particular,Todd was extremely helpful and person. I really appreciated his assistance on Sunday morning.

Check-in was great with Elijah and Denise(I think her name was that) - very friendly - the property has water stains on the ceiling upon entry- The room cost over $200 and the quality isn’t up to standard - staff was friendly and the best thing about the property. Not a big fan of them wearing regular clothes since we couldn’t distinguish who was staff and guests. The room has moisture, it was cold but you felt wet so I am sure mold somewhere. The linens are subpar - furniture not high quality - lightening off- floor wasn’t vacuumed - but we did run a damp wash rag on the floor and to my surprise it wasn’t bad. Overall needs update - better quality for the price - it’s not a Marriott more like a best western -

The property is located in a great spot for what I was in the area for. I was looking forward to using the pool but found out at check in that it was completely drained. My room was cleaned well but my bathroom wasn’t. Even though they had soap pumps on the wall, someone had left behind their bar of soap. On the shower curtain rod there was a used washcloth hanging. The floor of the tub had a 6”x6” rust spot. They could easily cover that with a glue down anti-skid mat. The ac unit worked well but there was no way to keep the fan running. So the system woke me up all night when it would turn off and on. All little stuff in the big picture but that’s why I give the hotel average ratings.

These are the complaints I have on this recent stay. 1. Shower gel bottle empty 2. Found empty plastic bags and snack crumbs in the top dresser draw 3. No ice bucket in the room 4. Found leftover meal inside of microwave oven 5. One of the bed sheet still has old blood stains on it. 6. The room soft chair is dirty and stained 7. Breakfast buffet is disappointing Not sure how this facility rated so high in Expedia. Will never book another stay at this hotel.
