This hotel has friendly staff and a nice view overlooking the coast, and it is close to the harbour. The continental breakfast is decent. The rooms were comfortable and in decent condition, though the enclosed balcony in my room was covered in plywood, so obviously this place has seen better days. But overall this is a comfortable place to spend a night. My only complaint is that the room smelled very strongly of chemical carpet cleaner when I checked in. I am glad to know the room had a deep clean, but I had to air out the room because it was overpowering!

Locationwas good for us. Not too far to walk to restaurants and bars or the town centre. Free parking. Would go back

Hotel Situated Near Sea Front

On entering the hotel first impression ok the staff was bit very friendly and welcoming, but it was clear regularly guest was called by first name and greeted with a smile! On entering from the toilet seat was broken and had to go down to reception the duty manager was not very friendly either. This was sorted bathroom net curtains dirty and brown stains on edging of net curtains. Within half an hour of being Room no power seams a breaker had failed this was sorted within 15mins Every time we left room and return we had to go back down to reception as key card was not working this was not due to key card being kept near a mobile. Rom was clean but no clean towels was left so another trip to reception and then waited 20 mins for towels to be brought up! Overall not impress with comfort inn Ramsgate
