Spacious apartment with amazing views of the port and the beach of Rapallo.
The apartment, located on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator in a prestigious area of Rapallo, opens onto a long hallway that runs throughout the house. Immediately on the left, the independent kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a kettle and a juicer. Further down the hall, before reaching the living room, guests will find a bedroom with two single beds, an armchair, a desk, a closet, a dresser and an access to a balcony overlooking the sea. The living room is furnished with two sofas, a dining table, two armchairs and a cabinet with smart TV, and has a large window that allows guests to admire the sea both from the inside and from the balcony. The last two rooms also boast a beautiful sea view, the first one featuring two single beds and a closet, the second one with a queen-size bed, two armchairs and a closet. A second bathroom with shower completes the layout.
Guests will benefit from amenities such as free wifi, washing machine, iron and heating.

Famous for being the site of important peace treaties after the First World War, the city of Rapallo is located on the western part of Gulf Tigullio, and is also known for its seafront and the Sanctuary of Nostra Signora di Montallegro. The sumptuous defensive castle of Rapallo overlooks the ligurian sea and it's surrounded by small beaches, bordered by the fabulous Lungomare Vittorio Veneto. Do not miss the only one of the five remaining doors of the ancient “Borgo Murato”, the “Porta delle Saline”, which overlooks the sea and houses the Baroque altar with the Madonna di Montallegro.
The train station of Rapallo is around 400 m away from the apartment, while the airport of Genova is reachable in less than 40 minutes by car.

Wonderful stay in Rapallo - great support by the team
the welcome by Angelica was super and the goodbye by Charlie was too! thank you for all your help.
the flat is great. Its spacious and we enjoyed the wonderful view. The flat is old so it doesnt have lots of modcons but it has a washing machine and dishwasher and stove.
We really enjoyed the central location and the coffee from the cafe next door!

Ana a été une hôtesse hors pair, elle repondait rapidement à nos demandes, la problématique est la désuétude de l appartement et certains appareils électriques ne fonctionnaient pas. Mais l emplacement est idéal et proche de tout. Ce fut agréable malgré tout.

Apartment needs an overhaul
The pictures over state the conditions of the apartment. It needed a thorough cleaning, floors were very filthy, door jambs and handles needed cleaning. Sink didn’t drain properly. The coffeemaker was broken upon arrival and they wouldn’t replace it. We were told to use the small single espresso maker. We were in 4 adults who enjoy their coffee. A fan in one of the bedrooms was rattling and loud, however maintenance never came to repair. We were required to haul our garbage a couple of blocks away from the unit to put in the proper bins. Air conditioning unit was not functioning. In conclusion the apartment needed to be updated and thoroughly cleaned including the windows overlooking the water.
