Property was in poor condition, not very clean, lights don’t work in rooms, they say breakfast is included but everything was pretty much empty. I would not recommend or stay here again.

There was a dirty towel next to the tip that looked like it was used to cleaned the tub. There were weird stains on the towel and sheets. Carpets, room and hallway smelled bad.

Will never stay at this place again. It was dirty and run down. Pillows felt like bricks. It was an awful expensive place to stay for one night.

Canceled my room before I arrived and gave it away, then told were at capacity. Had to sleep in the parking lot and didn’t get my money back.

The hotel seems to be quite understaffed. While the gentleman working the front desk was very nice, there was only one person, and several times no one was available at all, at which time you would have to call the front desk and try to track someone down. At one point, I found a housekeeper and asked them to locate someone working the front desk. The bathroom light appears to be going out - it was constantly flickering florescent light that was pretty annoying. We did not have a remote control for our TV. I called the front desk and the said someone would deliver to our room. After 45 minutes I walked back to the front desk, waited again for help, and then was told it needed to come from housekeeping. Took about hour to get one. Overall, fine place to crash for a night, but keep the expectations low.

Not only did the elevator not work, my 82 year old sister was givin a room on the second floor. Plus the stairs were not lighted. Her keys did not work because when mr wife knocked on the door, a man opened the door. It apparently was double booked. She then had to wait while a room was prepared. The tv in my room did not work the whole time we were there. The breakfast was somewhat sparse and there was a waiting time for food to be replenished. The main light in our room had a bulb out and had no cover.
