A quiet neighborhood and large fenced in backyard makes for a calm, comfortable, and convenient stay. This home also offers easy access to local schools, shopping, and dining options. We offer the convenience of self-check-in, but we are always just a few minutes away if you need anything!

INDOOR LIVING: As you step inside, you'll notice plenty of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our home has a Fast Wi-Fi, 50-inches smart TV's, an 8-person dining table, kitchen island w/ eating for 4, PAC-Man Arcade and wide selection of board games.

GAMES: Wide selection of board games such as chess, playing cards, cornhole boards, Pac-Man arcade game that is multiplayer and many more!

KITCHEN: The functional kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and ample storage space, making meal preparation a breeze. Fully equipped, stainless-steel appliances, cups, bowls, plates, mugs, and silverware are all provided as well as pots, pans, and cooking utensils. We also have large mixing bowls, measuring cups, and other essentials. Coffee machine with coffee.

PARKING: Free parking on premises.

GENERAL: All of our sheets are premium, crisp 100% cotton, bath towels are thick, soft, and luxurious. Washer and dryer, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fans and heating.

Cleanliness is our highest priority! In between each group we mop all floors, vacuum all carpets, scrub all surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom, replace the shower liners, wash all bedding (including quilts/shams), bleach all sheets and towels, and make sure everything is back in its place before our new guests arrive.

- For dogs: We don't allow puppies (less than 1 year old), German shepherds, or huskies.
- We do not allow cats.
- If bringing a pet, pet fee of $75 is required. Please message us to let us know so that we can send a request for the payment or you can pay through the listing platform.

Cancellation policy:

We offer free cancellation or 100% refund of the amount payable if you cancel 30 days before your check-in date. If you cancel, we will charge a 20% processing fee (to cover credit card processing and administrative fees).
