Nestled in the east/central side of the Beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota, only minutes from downtown Rapid City and short drives to all that the Black Hills have to offer. Beautiful, unrestricted views of tree covered hills, and don't be surprised to see an eagle gliding over head, or a few deer in the yard. All on a large 3 acre lot providing lots of privacy and seclusion.

Bring your entire family and maybe even some friends, with lots of sleeping space and large open entertaining areas, there's plenty of space to enjoy each others company or go find your own quiet space to relax.

The large, fully stocked, open kitchen with double oven, and flat top range, provides everything you need for a big family meal or just another place to gather.

Bring your ATV's or snowmobiles with access to the Black Hills system of trails only a mile down the road. Or bring your motorcycle and jump directly onto Nemo Road to enjoy a beautiful ride through the black hills. Take a ride to Mt. Rushmore, Custer State Park, Hill City, Lead/Deadwood, Spearfish Canyon, or even make your way to legendary Sturgis, SD. There's no end to the beautiful rides readily available.

And at the end of each day gather around the fire pit and share stories of all of the memories you’ve made. Or sit on the spacious deck and watch the sunset while sipping your favorite warm or cold drink. And last, but not least, slip into the spacious hot tub and soak away the good pain of sore muscles from your grand adventures.

For your safety and the protection of our property, we do have a Simplisafe security system with (2) outdoor camera's, one at the front entrance and one on the back deck. For your privacy, there are no camera's inside of the home and no cameras with a view of the hot tub.

Extremely pleased!!
The house was perfect for our large group. The kitchen was large enough for several cooks all at once, but didn't feel like you had to walk a mile to get from one side to the other. You could eat at the large bar or the large dining table. The house was stocked with everything needed. People who are challenged using stairs will not be able to access the basement but everything they would need is up stairs. The location is just out of town enough, but not too far. Seeing deer and turkey in the yard was a daily event. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Our family had a reunion here and it was a wonderful experience. The cabin was spacious, clean, very well stocked with everything we could possibly need and in a beautiful, peaceful area but close to attractions we wanted to see.. The owner was great and very responsive to all of our questions, etc.

The 9 of us loved the property and would highly recommend it to others. The lodge was a great size where everyone had their space. We lived that the 5 bedrooms had their own bathroom so no one had to dhare. The kitchen was well stocked. Games galore. It was a perfect 3 day stay in out 12 day vacation.

Amazing Property
Highly recommend this property!! This was an absolutely wonderful home. There were four couples and everyone had their own space. Loved the large dining area so we could have meals all together. Kitchen was large and well stocked. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Although the location was rural, it was only 15 min drive to stores and centrally located to all the sights! Chris was wonderful...always a quick response. He was very understanding when I had to notify him that in our haste to get on the road, we forgot to run the dishwasher...oops! Thanks Chris for sharing your home!

Great house!
Big house with plenty of room for all of us. The house was centrally located for the local attractions. Well stocked house with all that was needed to make you feel at home! Saw deer and turkeys everyday including right in the yard which the kids really enjoyed!

The 2 opposing decks on the east and west sides allow you to enjoy sun, wind or shade. This property has great access to the backroads that lead you to Sturgis and Deadwood.

Wonderful Family Getaway
We rented this property to celebrate our wedding anniversary and included our three grown children and their spouses as well as our eight grandchildren ranging in age from four to eleven. The property was spacious and its location in a rural neighborhood among the Black Hills was absolutely perfect for our gathering. The property was clean, the property owner was super attentive to our communications, and we cannot recommend this property any higher than we do!

Amazing location
We had a great time in South Dakota. The house was perfect and gave us plenty of space. We walked the loop everyday and were able to pet the neighbors horses. It was about 45 min to everything we did. The location was in the middle of each town we visited. If you have a large family or group of friends this is the place to stay.

HUGE House for HUGE Family!
We absolutely LOVED our stay at this house & would highly recommend it! We had 5 families stay, all with multiple children, and there was so much room for all the kids to play indoors/outdoors & space for every family to have privacy! The house was CLEAN & we LOVED the 2nd kitchen downstairs with movie room for kids at night. Can't say enough POSITIVES about this house!! YOU WILL LOVE IT HERE!!!

Excellent Cabin
Chris and Holly's cabin is outstanding. It's location is ideal for getting in/out of Rapid, hopping on a trail, or getting to all the tourist spots the Black Hills has to offer. The cabin had all the amenities you could want and then some. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Our family had a great time on our trip in large part because of this cabin. Thank you for sharing your place with us and making us feel at home.

Best stay EVER
This place has 3 bedrooms on the main floor which was perfect for my elderly parents and in-laws! 2 bedrooms (3 beds) and 2 bathrooms downstairs. Large stocked kitchen. Living room both upstairs and down- so we could space out or hang together. Beds were comfy. Location was close enough to town to make quick grocery runs, but far enough away that the neighborhood was quiet. We saw 9 deer in our yard, rabbits, and a turkey. The children (15 and 8) and all the elders said this was the best trip ever AND the 8 year old wanted to move in. I can't brag enough about the owners and the property. So thankful we chose to stay here.

What a treat!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin. So much room for everyone in our family to converse, play, cook, and hang out. The kids loved playing yard games and football and running in the grass. The hot tub was enjoyed by all. Everything was incredibly clean. We love cooking and there was everything we needed and more in the kitchen. It’s close to town, but you are still able to feel like you are getting away. We look forward to returning for more than two nights to enjoy the beauty and peacefulness this place has!

Beautiful property
This cabin was everything we had hoped for and more for our family of 8 plus a 1 yr old. We spent our Christmas together here and had plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen was perfect for making our holiday meal - and appreciated all the extras. Property was quiet and comfortable and had fun watching the deer at sunsets. Would love to come back and stay again! Great Stay in the Hills
This was a beautiful property located right outside of Rapid City. We were with family, and we brought Rangers out - and it is quick and easy access to the National Forest and numerous trails. The house was perfect for all 13 of us with plenty of space! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great Black Hills stay for a group!

I can’t say enough about how great this property was. Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood. The extras that were provided such as toothbrushes, spices, pantry items, and really just to many things to list were a nice surprise. I have never stayed in a house that so many extras provided. Chris always answered any questions I had very quickly. Great host. Would stay here again anytime.
