We offer a cozy, modern, clean home in the heart of Rapid City that's just 2 minutes from I-90 and 30 minutes from Sturgis! It features two bedrooms on the main floor, an open-concept kitchen and living room, a large fenced-in backyard with a fire pit, and a remodeled attic loft to fit even more guests! We have a tenant that lives in the basement with its own separate entrance, and it's unlikely that you will encounter or hear from him.

Welcome to our contemporary attic loft, the perfect home away from home for families or friends looking to relax and unwind! Centrally located, this spacious home offers all the comforts you need for a memorable stay. Upon arrival, you’ll receive a code for easy access through the front door, and we’re always nearby if you need any assistance with check-in.
The first floor features two cozy bedrooms, a welcoming living room, a mudroom, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, you’ll find a renovated attic loft with two twin beds, a large workspace, and a travel crib—ideal for getting some quiet time. The basement is off-limits as it’s home to a tenant who has their own private entrance, ensuring your privacy and a peaceful stay. You likely won’t even hear or see them!
The master bedroom has a queen bed and a smart TV, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable double bed. For additional sleeping space, the attic loft has two twin beds, and we also provide a Pack 'n Play for little ones.
Step outside to enjoy a large fenced backyard with a spacious fire pit that can accommodate ten or more guests. The roofed patio offers a charcoal grill and two deck chairs—perfect for a relaxing evening. The backyard is beautifully lit with string lights along the fence, creating a cozy atmosphere.
Indoors, you’ll have fast Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a spacious living room with a large couch, a loveseat, and a comfy chair—ideal for gathering and relaxing. The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless-steel appliances, cookware, dishes, and even a coffee machine with creamers. For added convenience, we provide a dishwasher, dish soap, and cleaning supplies.
The attic loft, with its soft carpet and peaceful atmosphere, is great for working or finding some quiet space. It includes a large table for conference calls or laptop use and has plenty of extra room for sleeping bags or blankets if you’re traveling with children.
We take cleanliness seriously to ensure you feel comfortable during your stay. All bedding, towels, and surfaces are carefully cleaned and sanitized between guests, and we replace items like the shower liner and couch covers to maintain a fresh and welcoming space.
Parking is easy with a long driveway that can accommodate plenty of cars or motorcycles. The property is secured with motion-activated cameras for your peace of mind.
Please note that the attic loft has steep stairs and low ceilings, which can be charming but may not be ideal for small children or those with mobility concerns. We recommend supervising kids in this space, and you’ll find a Graco travel bed available upstairs for little ones to use.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home, front yard, and backyard! The basement will be locked, and there is a tenant lives down there with a separate entrance. There are also a few locked closets and cabinets in the home.

Cancellation policy:
We offer a free cancellation or a 100% refund of the amount payable if you cancel 30 days before your check-in date. If you cancel, we will charge a 20% processing fee (to cover credit card processing and administrative fees).

Additional rules
1. If any issues arise during your stay, it’s essential to communicate with us promptly. Good communication between the guest and host is critical to ensuring a smooth and successful stay. You should respond to us (the hosts) within 24 hours when we reach out to resolve an issue. In certain situations, we may need to send our case manager to review the situation in person to fully address any concerns.
2. It is a "must" to read the entire listing description and the house rules of our property. If, in this case, you DO NOT read over our listing description or house rules and are not comfortable with something that is clearly stated, we will uphold our cancellation policies.
3. The thermostat is locked to certain temperature and couldn't be adjusted.
4. No unregistered guests/visitors unless preapproved
5. No shoes in the attic loft
6. No climbing on railing in the attic loft
7. No small children left unattended in the attic loft
8. Follow state laws when using fire pit
9. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10PM and always be respectful of the neighbors.

13. For noise complaints
13.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $75 to guests for the first call out.
13.2. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay.
14. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house you will be charged $300 for extra cleaning.
Follow all check-out procedures:
1. Take out all trash
2. Wash dishes (or start dishwasher)
3. Throw used towels in basket
Note:
* A $200 extra cleaning fee may be charged if home is left unreasonably dirty and requires more work than usual to clean (for example: mud on the carpet). All damages will also be charged to guest.
* Check out time is scheduled for 10:00 am on the day of departure unless previously agreed with the host. If the guest is more than 90 minutes late checking out guest will be charged $200.
*Any costs incurred by the host as a result of a late check out will be passed on to you.
