Located on the third and top floor with lift, it is complete with a large double bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and open space living area with sofa bed.
Possibility to add a cot for younger guests and to use bicycles. Friends at 4 are welcome

Il 24 giugno ho prenotato e pagato immediatamente su Vrbo un soggiorno di due notti a Ravenna, dal 18 al 20 agosto. Ebbene, la mattina stessa del 18 agosto, con check-in previsto per le ore 14:00, ho ricevuto alle ore 9:53 una mail (che tra l'altro ho aperto casualmente, perché si dà il caso che fossi in vacanza e che avessi già scritto all'host precedentemente, senza ricevere risposta, motivo per cui reputavo inutile controllare la mail al cui indirizzo avevo già ricevuto le indicazioni necessarie per fare check-in... in tali casi, magari, si potrebbe comunicare via tel, con sms o whatsapp) che mi informava che la mia prenotazione era cancellata, perché l'host aveva avuto un problema con i ladri. dispiace per i ladri, ma da quel momento sono letteralmente "ammattito" per riprogrammare: ho chiamato più volte il vostro servizio (vedi mail completa)

Gute Lage, aber miserabler Zustand
Das Appartment ist ruhig und befindet sich in einer guten Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten von Ravenna sind fußläufig erreichbar und es gibt eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Das Appartment war aber in einem äußerst schlechten Zustand: - Es war nicht zuvor gereinigt/aufgeräumt worden (der Fußboden war schmutzig und es fanden sich unter anderem benutzte Ohrstäbchen und abgeschnittene Fingernägel auf dem Boden). - Das Bett war nicht frisch bezogen (überall waren Haare auf dem Laken) - Im Küchenbereich befanden sich Teller, Töpfe und Pfannen, auf denen noch Essensreste klebten. - Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr dürftig (fehlende Gläser, wenig Besteck, ...) - Es gab keine Beleuchtung im Küchenbereich. Dies war die mit Abstand schlechteste Unterkunft, die wir je hatten.
