Beautiful and modern Sebago lakeside retreat is a true family friendly paradise with private association sand beach, large swim area, and boat launch. Property features a bright open floor plan, air conditioning in each room, stainless appliances, outdoor Weber gas grill and hardwood floors throughout. Property is located in a very desirable and quiet lakeside neighborhood perfect for quiet walks, bike riding with kids or a leisurely sunset stroll. This property is not waterfront!

Private association sandy beach on Sebago Lake is a short walk (~400ft ) around the corner and provides a swimming area that is hard to beat with views into the best boating Sebago Lake has to offer on Jordan Bay. The private beach also has a boat launch if you are bringing or renting a boat. There are many protected coves and sandbars close to the beach perfect for paddle boarding and kayaking. Sebago Lake offers over 42 miles of water to explore including rivers and boat locks leading to Brandy Pond and Long Lake. Several local marina’s offer boat / jet ski / kayak / paddle board rentals that are all very close by.

Property features three upstairs bedrooms including a large master, two full tiled bathrooms, high speed wireless internet / streaming services & cable and second floor laundry for your convenience. 3 bedrooms include two queens, bunk bed with a twin over a full bed and an additional twin bed. Beds include two queens, and a twin over full bunkbed that can accommodate up to 8 people (6 adults and 2 children). The kitchen and living area open to a spacious and private back deck with a large backyard perfect for family games and activities, evening fires with s’mores or just relaxing!

Just a 5 -10 minute drive from the property you will find restaurants, ice cream, grocery stores, a movie theatre, mini-golf, go-karts, ropes course and much more.

Great spot near Sebago
My family of four had a great stay for the week. The house was clean, well-appointed and suited us well. We were able to check out a lot of the local spots, easily rented a boat for the day at the local marina a few minutes away and spent time at the private beach that’s part of the community association. Also got to enjoy the lawn games and the fire pit for roasting marshmallows on some perfect cooler evenings. Would recommend!

Nice Family vacation spot
The property was very comfortable for our stay with family. We certainly enjoyed our stay. I was pleased with all the amenities, including a large fridge, ac, large washer dryer, well stocked, updated kitchen, children’s books, outdoor games and large bathrooms. Trash pick up was also a positive. The property manager was very responsive too. The sandy beach was perfect for the little ones and a very short walk. Finally we enjoyed eating out on the deck and gathering around the fire pit in the evening. This location was very close to shopping and good for morning walks. I only have positive things to say about this home. We missed not being right on the water but it worked out well for this year. (We all appreciated the open floor plan and neatness and cleanliness of this property!)

The property was clean with all the amenities you needed. The location is great with easy access to the lake and non-water activities. Owner/prop manager was very responsive to questions. It all made for a very nice vacation!

Clean, Convenient, Updated!
Our extended family group of 8 fit perfectly into this property, which was as updated, clean, and well-located as advertised! The rooms were spacious and clean, with nice linens and towels, top of the line full-sized washer/dryer, and a really nicely equipped kitchen. Right around the corner from a private HOA beach, the house has a large yard and the property manager delivered wood for the fire pit as well as pulled out kids' toys, beach toys, and a corn hole set to let us take full advantage of the space. Really easy communication before the trip with the property owner and lightening fast responsiveness from the property manager once we were onsite made the whole vacation much easier. The room-by-room minisplit HVAC units kept it cool and comfortable, and the 42" Roku TVs made it easy to relax in the evenings with our own content providers. Besides a Walgreens and both Shaws and Hannafords, being right up the road, there are plenty of places to eat from a local seafood place minutes away to a Starbucks and Chipotle a few miles down the road. The HOA beach at Sebago lake made for easy kayaking and provided a great location for our kids (2, 5, 7, and 12) to play in the sand and shallows. Worth noting, the 5 and 7 year old experienced really intense swimmer's itch after swimming in the lake. I think you have the potential for that at just about any lake, though. Some of us also went mountain biking nearby and really enjoyed the kid-friendly trails in the vicinity. The property is absolutely worth the money! We would stay here again.

Clean, gorgeous house in a great location
This was one of the cleanest and well kept houses we have ever rented. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and layout was great for our family. We loved the provided pool noodles and beach towels and especially the fire pit for s’mores. The association beach around the corner offered such amazing views and entertainment for the kids. Ash and Meagan were very responsive and such hospitable hosts. We look forward to hopefully staying here again in the future!

We had a fantastic stay on Sebago Lake. The property was very clean, well stocked and exactly as advertised. The beautiful beach was a very short walk away and we were often the only ones there. Ash was extremely helpful and made sure we had a great experience. We can’t wait to go back!

Hidden Gem on Sebago
Meagan and Ash’s VRBO was perfect. The kitchen, living room and dining area were all very well designed. There is a big island in the kitchen that was amazing and the appliances were great, with plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Everything looks sparkling new. It’s really beautiful. Bedrooms are really comfortable, lots of hangers in the closets, which is rare! There is a fire pit and lots of seating in the back yard. There is a deck and grill. It is only a few minutes’ walk to the shared private beach. The beach is very nice and the sunsets on the beach are beautiful. I luckily had mostly good weather! The owners are welcoming and attentive and helpful. They provide beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys and a wagon to haul everything on your short walk to the lake. Plan on bringing food and food supplies during COVID. There is shopping nearby for that. 5 Star property for sure.

Beautiful and convenient
The house was immaculate with beautiful furnishings and appliances and was just a short walk to the nice private sandy beach and neighboring boat launch. The neighborhood was quiet and nice to take walks in. We enjoyed the grill and fire pit most nights. The hosts were attentive and quick to answer any questions we had. The sunsets were beautiful. Minor issues for us were that large dogs were not permitted so we couldn't bring our black lab, and we had to make separate arrangements to moor our boat. The hosts also provided beach towels, chairs toys, games, and even a corn hole set. It was very nice and we had a wonderful time.

You should absolutely book this property
Our experience with Ash and Meghan were wonderful; when we arrived they had little presents for us and an adorable Maine cloth bag. We spent a relaxing seven days on lake Sebago! The house was beautiful modern, immaculately clean, the air conditioner in each room with its own thermostat was great. The rooms were great size and mattresses were very comfortable. We had a fire in the fire pit a couple of nights; the lake was so close to the house. The lake was so clean and perfect for swimming as well as the boat launch. The owners provide beach chairs and umbrella sand toys if you have young ones. Their are so many restaurants close by; and mini golf too! The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. Ash and Meghan thank you for a great relaxing week after working through the pandemic last year; this vacation was well needed. Great week vacation for friends and our kids!
The floor plan was nice including good size kitchen stocked with what we needed (pots, pans, plates, etc including kid specific plates and cups they loved). Good size living room with super comfy couch and chair for lounging at night and roku tvs in the bedrooms were great! Two full bathrooms came in handy… We loved how short the walk was to the lake and the back yard had a nice fire pit and plenty of adirondack chairs. We rented a pontoon boat for 2 days and we were able to pick everyone up at the walking distance dock! Tips for the stay bring your own pillows if your picky and an extra blanket or 2 because the ACs work great! All in all really nice week spend with friends and our kiddos!! :)

Clean and convenient home on Jordan Bay
The house was spotless upon arrival and comfortably decorated. It’s a great open floor plan, perfect for our family. I really appreciated the extra touches- solo stove with camp wood, beach chairs and toys, extra towels. The private association beach is just steps away and Jordan Bay provided calm waters for paddle boarding and kayaking. Staying at this property made our trip back home easy, would definitely recommend.

Wonderful house in great location.
The house was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with beach toys and games, and Ash was incredibly responsive. The beach is a very short walk from the house, and it was never crowded. The house is also close to several fun activities, from minigolf, to ice cream shops, to Sebago Lake State Park, to the Maine Wildlife Park (where you can see moose and bears). Overall, we had a great time!

Late Summer Vacation in Maine
Ash and Meagan were wonderful - Ash answered every one of my questions and in an extremely timely manner. Their home is beautiful. Very modern, very clean, very cozy and very new! They clearly have a high standard for accommodations, and it shows from their appliances, to dishes, to towels/beach towels. The beach is a short 1 minute walk and they have a wagon available to lug all of the kids stuff and adult cooler! (the common radio flyer wagon). The property is private with a big enough yard for yard games (we brought frisbees, corn hole, and scoop ball sets). They have a great fireplace that they actually let renters use! Perfect for nightly s'mores with the kiddos! Besides the beach, there is a marina 5 mins down the road to rent from, Naples is a short drive, and there is Seacoast Adventures (mini golf, tubes, go karts, splash pads, rope climbing, etc) which is just 5 minutes away. Within an hour you have Aquaboggin and Monkey Trails (ropes for kids as young as 4). Overall, great quality time spent with just our family of 4. With busy adult and kids schedule, and a new school year upon us, it was a great week away to reconnect, be lazy, laugh, and eat a lot of ice cream!

Beatiful summer rental!
We stayed for a week with our two boys, aged 6 and 8. The home was immaculate and the location on a private sandy beach was great. It was a quick walk (or 30 second bike ride!) away. The beach was small but perfect for our kids who had a blast playing in the water. There was a nice roped off section that was shallow and warm. Beach amenities (towels, chairs, toys) were all provided which made it so easy. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We went for walks with bikes and scooters daily. We only went kayaking once but Jordan Bay was the perfect spot for this and next time we would definitely spend more time on the water. The only thing we wished for was more restaurants nearby but the modern kitchen and grill made it easy to cook and it just gave us an excuse to spend some time in Portland which was an easy drive. Closer to the house we had ice cream, mini-golfing and go karts which were a big hit with the kids. Meagan and Ash were perfect hosts. They were super helpful with our questions and very communicative during the whole process. Overall, a great trip!
