Great stay. Very spacious suite with all that you needed. Also had a lovely dinner in The View restaurant, where we also had excellent service from the staff. All round a great stay

The hotel is not in the manor house butna separate purpose built property from the late 1980's. Beds are atrocious with pillows the aize of a postcard. On a plus the breakfast was good with a lovely range of juices. This is not a spa hotel, the pool is skanky and their is no jacuzzi. The saunna wqs not working wjen we stayed. We had booked for 2 nights and left after 1.

No hot water!
We only stayed for one night for our son's wedding the next day. We annoyingly didn't have any hot water in our room, after asking a few of our family members how to get the hot water through, as they were having trouble too but still to no avail. Didn't bother reporting it as it was for only a night.

The first room they gave us , the shower had less power . So I requested to change room and they kindly did which was better . The breakfast was ok . I think if they can increase the items it would have been better . The checkout at 12pm would have suited us better but we had to leave at 11am which I think is too early

Can be expensive at times, a bit over rated
Convinient and within budget. Breakfast is good. Evening meal a bit pricey for what it is, I recommend the lamb. Some staff friendly others not so, it's a bit hit and miss. Can be expensive depends when you book. It isn't worth it if over £125 a night in my opinion
