É a 2° vez que me hospedo no hotel e achei que os quartos estariam habitáveis mas me colocam no mesmo quarto o 220 que deve ser o pior do hotel, tenho fotos e vídeo que comprovam (não consegui anexar aqui). Entrei e não tinha cheiro de nada não parecia estar limpo, muita poeira e pó nas escadas do mezanino e na pia do banheiro, as portas são velhas a madeira estufada, soltando, o chuveiro fechado e pingou todo o tempo da estadia, a porta da varanda não fechava, a fechadura estava quebrada, o ar parou em um momento mas a recepcionista ajudou, na chegada não foi informado o número para solicitar algo do quarto, enfim, minhas 2 piores hospedagem da vida foram nesse hotel, não pretendo voltar ou indicar. Só o atendimento da recepção que foi nota 10!

O hotel é muito bem localizado e bonito ...só que precisa de várias manutenções como : vazamento de agua do box para o banheiro, maçaneta nas portas soltas , porta do banheiro empenada e nao fecha , porta traseira do quarto sem chave para fechar e varias outras manutnções pequenas .. tirando isso o atendimendo é bom a cozinha do restaurante também é boa a funcionária Andreia é muito atenciosa tudo que precisei fui atendido sem pestanejar !! Os colchões achei duro , talvez esteja na hora de trocar tambem devido ao tempo de uso as molas vao perdendo o molejo , pra quem tem problema na coluna como eu é um problemâo !!! Mas no geral é um bom hotel !!!

Atendimento da recepção ótimo e do café da manhã. Quarto com muitos mosquitos. Minha surpresa foi a recepção fechar às 22h, o que sempre vi recepções durante 24h dando suporte aos hóspedes. Fui solicitar um cobertor e, além de presenciar a recepção fechada, fui mal tratado pelo segurança do hotel que deve ser substituído, vez que não tem educação e tem um trato com os clientes de maneira grosseira e ríspida, o que parece ocupar por algum vínculo e não por aptidão ou competência. Fui conhecer pela primeira vez o hotel e pretendo nunca mais voltar, pois é relevante a preocupação com os hóspedes no tocante uma recepção 24h, bem como um segurança cortes e apto a atender aos hóspedes à noite.
