The beach is almost private of the hotel, and the naturally occurring pool is right in front of it. It's a hotel where you can enjoy nature so comfortably. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are newly renovated, clean and convenient.

Nice quick getaway
Pros: great breakfast and dinner buffets, excellent service, private beach, nice amenities. Tons of things to do at the resort so we didn’t have to leave Cons: the resort looks a bit run down, and there were many children while we were there on the weekend. Next time we would go during the week

The resort has a nice pool and gym and it is conveniently located near a private beach. The breakfast and dinner buffets were great. We were there during the weekend so there were a lot of children. We would come back next time during a weekday.

Hotel com visual lindo, bom atendimento, conforto na piscina e praia. Sugestao de melhoria: hotel muito escuro, falta iluminacao melhor a noite. Restaurante escuro, dando um aspecto de falta de luz. É minha segunda vez no hotel, apos 3 anos e , nitidamente a parte de alimentacao deu uma decaida. Outra sugestao, seria melhoria no quarto, pois as camas pequenas, colchao muito mole e ar condicionado barulhento.

O hotel é bom, com atendimento impecável dos funcionários, o melhor do hotel. Refeições boas, um pouco tumultuadas, principalmente no dia do churrasco. Solicitei uma suíte com barras de proteção no banheiro para minha mãe idosa, mas quando chegamos lá, não fomos atendidos, não havia barra nem nada de segunda na suíte. Fiz o pré check in daí foi rápido Transporte feito pelo hotel foi bom, com motoristas chegando no horário. A praia das Araras, qdo maré está baixa, ótima para banhos tranqulos. Piscina gostosa com alguns saídas para massagem. Na sexta feira chegaram muitos hóspedes pro fim de semana, daí pegar lugar na piscina ou mesmo na praia, ficou complicado.Ha muitas crianças no hotel, bom pra família
