A estadia não foi tão boa. A estrutura do hotel parece ser toda antiga, contando também os móveis, tv e ar-condicionado. O colchão e os travesseiros eram muito velhos, o que proporcionou noites mal dormidas. O atendimento foi bom, o café da manhã era ok e o estacionamento era pago no local (valor além da estadia).

Very basic hotel. Room was very basic but ok. Everything worked. Don’t expect luxury. Very basic breakfast, especially for Brazil where the breakfast is usually very good. Cleaning was so so, found a hair in shower. No shampoo just basic soap. Staff was friendly always.

Quando cheguei o recepcionista muito cortes, mas o restante muito mal educados. Faltavam toalhas, cama antiga, estreita e muito desconfortável. Não tem secador de cabelos no apartamento (o hóspede tem que pegar na recepção, um bem básico, e tem que devolver em uma hora. Como não tinha conseguido terminar de secar ainda o cabelo, a recepcionista me ligou automaticamente quando cumpriu uma hora); também não tem ferro de passar no apartamento, e a pessoa tem que descer e passar ferro na roupa em um espaço perto do restaurante. Café da manhã, muito simples, bem básico. Não recomendo, e não retornarei.

Cheguei ao balcão e as atendentes demoraram me atender, mesmo tendo apenas eu para o atendimento. Faltou explicações sobre as coisas do hotel, algumas eu só soube ao perguntar. Perguntei também sobre o estacionamento, se eu poderia usar, disseram que sim, pegaram a placa do meu carro e a moça só me vira com a máquina de cartão cobrando 25 reais por 1 dia, não foi me falado que eu teria que pagar para usar o estacionamento, só me cobraram sem informar antes. Sem falar que na hora que fui sair do estacionamento, fiquei 5 minutos esperando eles abrirem o portão, porque não tem como avisar que estamos querendo sair de carro, o portão é aberto por eles e só tem câmera por fora. Me mandaram pro elevador do outro lado do salão, sendo que havia um elevador do lado do balcão e o meu quarto ficava perto desse elevador. Dei duas voltas atoa. A limpeza do quarto estava muito bem feita e o quarto arrumado. Mas as cortinas estavam rasgadas e o frigobar havia apenas cerveja. O café da manhã estava gostoso, só não havia variedade de coisas. Os elevadores parecem ser bem antigos e com pouca manutenção, descem fazendo barulho ou dando umas balançadas. Tem pontos positivos, mas os negativos pegam um pouco. E fazem você perder a vontade de voltar a se hospedar.
