staff was friendly. however, so many things were out of service, broken, not working, or not clean. one of the elevators were not working for the two days, the microwave in our room burnt and had a smoky smell when we checked in and had to ask them to fix/replace it, the pool was dirty, the main bathroom in the lobby was disgusting (3 out of the 5? toilets? were dirty/not flushed), the shower heads in our room wasn’t working properly (2 out of the 4 shower heads was dripping water, was NOT working)

Not too shabby!

The stay was pretty decent! Stayed in the Presidential Suite which was an affordable rate. It had a hot tub, but it would have been nice if they included instructions with it. The sofa bed couch.. the couch was very uncomfortable which was fine because we didn’t need it. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in! My biggest complaint was as many other reviews most of the breakfast buffet was cold.

Excellent stay. Ryan (employee at the front desk) greeted us in a very friendly manner and made check in fast and convenient. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Pool, hot tub and sauna were relaxing and well taken care of. The gym is not a typical hotel gym. We had complete access to the on site community gym eith a veey good selection of equipment. We will be back!
