I didnt like the noise from other rms, the stains on carpet, stains in bathtub, shower rail wasnt secure, room needed a deep clean, breakfast was ok, hot tub was out of order, so was pool on the day we left, We have stayed before but its not like how we remember it, wont be back

The staff was great, kind greeting and helpful. Breakfast was ok but wished they had boiled eggs not pre-packed scrambled eggs. Our room was a perfect size but could use upgrade on the floors. The floors are all rugs. The hotel needs to get ride of the old dirty rugs and put in laminate flooring or something towards that line instead of rugs. The hotel can use some facelifts definitely.

The hotel was very outdated and dirty. We had to move rooms because the first one was so dirty and the bathroom had visibly been used prior to our arrival. It smelled very strong like old cigarettes. Will never stay here again.

It’s definitely an older hotel but decent value for a family. The pool is small but the water slide is great. Not all the outlets worked and a couple lights were out. But it’s cheap and our son loved the bunk beds. Super close to sylvan.

Furnishing 20yrs old . Look like refurbished, washroom tiles dirty and stained , washroom ceiling stained and repair patches work done crappy. Chairs upholstery stained with h somebody left a mark on it. Over all need updating. Not blast from the past.
