Staff was great but propety is reallly outdated. The carpet in our room was filled with stains. There waa no shower curtains in the bathroom until we asked for one and it hardly covered the shower area so when we shower the water gets on the floor. One of the worst La Quinta we've stayed

The lights were all unplugged. The floors were disgusting and stained. We were not sure if it was coffee stains or dog poop or???? The bathroom had mold all over the ceiling. The room still had the smell of cigarettes. Overall the room and hallways were disgusting!

The carpet in the room was very, very, very Dirty! I spoke to other guest in the Hotel and they said that they had the same problem.When i spoke to the Manager he was very rude! He said that he was not aware of this issue. I spoke to a cleaning lady and she said that they have spoken to the manager about this issue , and that he said that there was not anything that they could do! They allow pets there and this is why i believe the carpets where so bad! Expedia should look into this! i will contact American express and dispute this charge! Your company should not market this Hotel!! please have someone contact me!!

I liked that it was right next door to a nice restaurant. What I didn't like was that they put us in a handicap room. We did not request one. It may have been the last room available, but they didn't say. The shower had mildew all over the grout. We were also put right next to a "service room". This allowed me to hear the workers start getting prepared at 4 am.

On the plus side, the location of the hotel was convenient and the bed was comfortable. The elevator was rickety, dirty and greatly in need of refurbishment. The bathroom was functional but very old. This property seriously needs remodeling.

It was a good place for it's price. A little noisy and a lot of smoking smell in hallways. Jacuzzi was down. Pill was nice and warm. The hot water was the best I've ever had in a hotel!

This place is terrible!! The carpet in the room (#132) that we were put in looked like there had been a murder scene. It had huge stains, some reddish in color, all over the entire carpet. I told the desk clerk and she apologized indicating that the facility is under new ownership and they really need to get the carpets cleaned. She offered me the room (#134) next door. I went to take a look and the carpet was slightly better, but filled with stains and it smelled like urine. We advised the front desk and kept the first room. We realized that these must be the dedicated pet rooms on the ADA floor. They are horrendous. There’s so much more in the room that was awful. We ended up putting a handtowel near the beds to step on. Luckily the hotel does provide 2 bath towels (of different sizes) and 2 hand towels for the room. We’d have to put our shoes on to go to the bathroom/shower. We did not want to step on the disgusting carpet. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a worse La Quinta. These have either gone drastically downhill, or it’s the location. At breakfast, the eggs, sausage and potatoes are in a metal warming tray with metal tongs/spoons placed directly in them. They are not placed on a separate dish outside of the warmer. The serving utensils get hot this way. I ended up burning my fingers when I picked up the tongs and dropped them on the floor. The bagels aren’t sliced so you have to use the flimsy plastic knife to tear through the bagel. Breakfast was a disaster.

The property could do with some repairs and refreshing of paint. There was no place for pets to pee and poop. You could try the rocks or the bushes but there was absolutely no designated area for them in a "pet friendly" hotel. The breakfast was adequate, just.

This was my second time stay at the location. The exterior was look clean but some exit door need repair work. The room was fairly clean but carpet need replacement.

The carpets need to be redone. There was a compelete lack of clean bedding to the point where they change our room rather than giving us replacements. It was needed in the end anyway the room was full of a menthol smell. There were exposed wires. Outlets missing their outlet covers. The toilet was not clean. The new room was slightly better. I will note since I have to give at least ome star that the star is for the lizard I found in the morning in my room
