We were traveling with our disabled family member who is in a wheelchair. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a room that worked for us when they were sold out.

There is a mexican restaurant close but the staff there was very unfriendly. The hotel itself is old, outdated and fairly dirty.
It was on for the money but super small and extremely outdated

My room had black mold and mildew along the walls and ceiling. Room needs deep cleaned, repaired and repainted. That room shouldn’t even be used! Room 239!
We had reservations and got into the hotel at 10 pm. It took at least 5 minutes before anyone showed up at the desk. The rooms were decent, beds comfortable but pillows could have been better.

Beds were very uncomfortable and there werent enough pillows. The room smelled really odd. They didnt have the room I reserved because the mirror fell off the so they put us in a different room. Said they would refund us the differnece but i have yet to see it.
The room was old, dirty, needs repair and updates. We were unable to use the deadbolt because it didn't open when using the door handle and was a struggle to get the door open after manually flipping the deadbolt, a definite safety hazard!! The carpet was old and dirty, the ceiling tiles were damaged, the bathroom faucet turned on the vanity top when you turned the faucet handle. Overall beat up and dirty.
The Manager of the hotel told us the Expedia credit card wasn't approved and we needed to straighten it out. I took my bank statement up to the front desk to show the room was paid for. The owner still charged $167 to my account stating we weren't going to get a free room. My wife also went up to the counter and was also told that we weren't getting a free room. Both times, the person at the front desk was on the phone with the owner who was shouting at us.
