The house/gardens are great for entertaining, or as a quick get away for the family from the city, with fantastic transport links.
Coldharbour farm is roughly 15mins walking distance from Bletchingley village centre, which boasts 3 x gastro pubs, a coffee shop, a village store, a golf club and a few independent stores. Godstone is 30mins walk with similar facilities.
Redhill/Reigate and Oxted are both 15mins drive or 20mins by bus from Bletchingley centre. They both have great bars, restaurants, cinemas, high street stores and small independents. Central London is 35 mins by train from either Oxted or Redhill. Gatwick is 25 mins by car. Brighton is 1 hour by car. Other local attractions include, Godstone farm, Hever Castle, Polesden Lacey, and Emmetts Garden.

In the middle section of the house, you'll find Jossie's Snug featuring a double ensuite bedroom with Smart TV, and a kitchen with double sofa bed, suitable for two children. There's a Nespresso machine, fridge, microwave combi oven, hob and dishwasher. It has its own private garden with log fired hot tub. There's an interconnecting door with Mattie's Loft and the main house.
Finally, in the end section of the house, you'll find Mattie's Loft featuring a double ensuite bedroom with Smart TV, plus a kitchen with Nespresso machine, fridge, microwave combi oven, hob and dishwasher. It has its own private entrance/garden with log fired hot tub. There's an interconnecting door with Jossie's Snug.
Outside there's a formal garden with an orchard with plentiful fruit to gorge on, which leads onto a 5 acre field with a filtered natural swimming lake and level lawn for ball games.
