Puke went uncleaned in pool area for 2 hours (even after multiple people had mentioned it to front desk, although it seemed to be more of a staffing problem then the individuals who were actually working there

The check in was supposed to be 400. When we arrived shortly after 400 none of our three rooms were available as they were not cleaned. As well as the rest of the three rooms that our other family members booked. Our room wasn’t available until 630. Which didn’t allow us the ability to use the pool as planned and why we paid extra. When asked for compensation for this inconvenience they said they couldn’t help us as we had booked through Expedia. However if we stayed again they made notes on our file…. What ever that means… I really believe there should be some compensation for this as I paid over $600 dollars for three rooms and the events ruined our afternoon and evening plans
