I was mentally and physically exhausted at the time of check in. I was worried I only had my husband's credit card, we rushed him to Regina for what ended up being emergency gallbladder surgery. The guy at the desk was very friendly accepted it. When I came back from visiting my card wouldn't work, he fixed it and even asked me how my husband was. I felt like a person and not just another customer.

I had this hotel booked for 4 nights After the first night...i recieved a phone call from the front desk saying i had to leave as my reservation was up We were in Regina for work, working nights To be woken up mid sleep to tell me to get out did not make me happy To not offer anything for the major inconvenience did not sit well with us Will not be returning there

We stay at the Days Inn because it is very close to the airport. Staff are always very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are always very clean at this property.

Our stay was okay. I had asked for 2 extra pillows, but was not able to get any. Also, the continental breakfast was not anything to brag about. The muffins were really dry.

Have stayed here many times before and been a very happy customer. This time, the stay was less than excellent. I did not appreciate the phone call ahead of check in to see if I was still coming (only an hour and half after the 4:00 check in time). If I have prepaid for the room, I will be there when I get there. Upon arrival to the room, the room was just “okay”. Linens were clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the washroom was less than satisfactory. The tub was full of hair, stained, and looked like it hadn’t had an actual clean for several visitors. I also wish the couches would be upgraded to something wipable, as they are stained, feel unclean, and are showing significant wear. The hallways in the lobby area and elevator floors were constantly dirty/wet during my entire stay. My recommendation is to ensure your cleaning staff are doing their jobs!
