The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We were travelling with our one year old and the hotel was across the street from a superstore (among other stores), which came in handy at times. The restaurant in the hotel has really good food and is reasonably priced. The continental breakfast was probably the best one I’ve ever been too - there was a lot of variety and it was all fresh (e.g. fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, etc.). The only downfall is that the pool area is very sad. The pool is small and the water was freezing. There is a hot tub but it wasn’t working when we were there. It definitely isn’t a hotel where you’d take your kids if you plan to swim a lot.

The property was clean and well maintained. The room was as expected and the bed was very comfortable. However, I was unable to log into the Internet with my laptop and I made 3 calls to the front desk to try to resolve and they were usable to assist nor did they offer to remedy this matter. And when I checked out I wasn't asked how my stay was but I did volunteer that I was unable to log onto the internet with my 2,473.59top and the response was "Wow - that's weird" and nothing further. Also, when I checked in I was not given an Internet password or any information about the hotel (Gym, Parking, Restaurant, etc.) but my colleague, who checked into another room, was given all of this information by another hotel employee. I travel around North America monthly and world-wide quarterly but I will not be stating at this hotel again!

The only thing we are not loving is the slow wifi connection but everything is just awesome! Front desk staff are amazing! Breakfast staff is so attentive on refilling the breakfast buffet. Room is clean as well as the bathroom. Highly recommended! We enjoyed our stay!

2nd time that I have booked a room on Hotels.com and paid in advance and then at checkout the front desk refused to give me a receipt showing a zero balance! They ask for my credit card upon arrival so I expect a receipt showing I owe a zero balance. this is frustrating to have to argue with a front desk person for a receipt. Also this hotel as many others with a complementary breakfast has so much waste in paper plates, plastic glasses, cutlery,etc. They even had a waste basket with a recyclying opening - it all went into the same trash bag!
