Property very close to boardwalk and free onsite parking. Very convenient to restaurants, shopping and bars. Staff very friendly and complimentary breakfast top notch. The room was clean and very comfy. Highly recommend.

Can see the beach from our balcony. If it had been warmer it would have been a nice place to sit and relax. Pleasant helpful staff and a nice light breakfast was included.

It was a delight to stay at Beach View. The front desk staff were outstanding - shout-outs to Len & Cassandra - the beds were so comfy, the location was near everything, the breakast was really good, and the cookies at 8 p.m. was the icing on the cake in the evening! It may be a little older, but still has a charm.
The location of this hotel was great, only 30 yards or so to the boardwalk. As far as I could tell every room had a balcony with chairs and even though we were supposedly on the first floor, it really was the second floor. They do have an elevator which we used to take luggage to and from the room. Room was clean and their hot breakfast was good. Seating area is rather small, but seemed adequate. They even provided hot fresh baked cookies in the evening free to the guests. Since we are fairly active, we never made it back in time for this, but thought it nice. Sometimes the little things make a place. I would stay here again.

It's not located on the boardwalk, but it's a very short walk to the boardwalk. Lots of things to do near the beach with many food options. The staff was awesome. Very helpful. I will definitely return:)

The location was close to the beach and well kept. The street was noisy in early morning hours due to truck up and down the road. The facility was clean but on the older side and the air conditioning unit was very loud and blew directly at you while trying to sleep. The staff were excellent and the breakfast and snacks were a great treat.

The hotel is close to everything! The beach and boardwalk are 50 yards away. It was pretty clean, the pillows were good and the bed was comfy. There was a nice selection of teas and there was hot coffee available all day. There is a microwave and refrigerator in the room. There are hot cookeis at 8 pm. I have no complaints. Will go back. Also, Grogg's is across the street. Best oysters, ever!
