We like the partial view of the ocean. The balcony. Location to boardwalk. Slight issue with other guest celebrating past 3 o’clock in the morning. The staff could’ve been more welcoming

Property was clean and right in the boardwalk. Parking was difficult with our pickup truck. The AC unit in the room was excessively loud! There are no restaurant facilities at this hotel.

We went in September, which is a quieter beach time, and we're glad we did. It wasn't too crowded yet there were plenty of restaurants and shopping venues open. This was our first trip to Rehoboth but we'll definitely return.

The maid service was terrible I stayed 2 nights never gave us fresh towels,soap etc never cleaned the room. bathroom was a as big as my home closet ,ac made loud noise, toilet seat chipped

A three-night, late-summer stay. We arrived early to hit the beach and the hotel provided parking and expedited an earlier check-in to our room. There is no dining facility in the hotel but many options are within walking distance along the boardwalk which runs in front of the hotel.

I loved being on the second floor with the concrete park that overlooked the ocean right outside the rooms. It was my favorite part. The room was spacious and clean, the beach was right there, the people at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

We had an oceanfront room which was great. The only thing we did not like was that checkout was at 11:00 am , but the housekeeping was knocking on our door at 9:00 am then waited in the hallway outside our room until we left. Don’t like being rushed out!! For this reason we would reconsider going there again.

The location is at the quieter end of the boardwalk which is nice not having all the foot traffic and the beach is less crowded. The room was average and would have been better if at least two wing comfortable chairs were available instead of having to sit on the bed. The mini refrigerator is convenient along with the microwave but small prep area would be nice also. The room did not have wash cloths when arrived. The top bed cover had a small stain on it which looked like dried blood. The sliding screen door did not track properly. Parking is very tight and there is no place to store bicycles but was told most people keep them in their rooms. This hotel could have greater potential with a few minor updates and changes.

Loved the hotel location. Staff unfriendly which is a shame , and there is no pool. It's only available for the condo not hotel. Plus there are homeless people around the clock at the back of hotel that faces beach- which made me uncomfortable for the kids.

Great spot right on the beach. Quiet and I felt safe walking back alone from the boardwalk and shopping area after dark. I do wish the beds were more comfortable though.
