Welcome to "Grand Slam House II Rehoboth" (visit our website at Grand Slam House one word) at Canal Pointe community, east of Route 1 and within walking/biking distance to downtown Rehoboth or the beaches.
The house has 5 bedrooms on three levels and a total of four full baths. The luxurious kitchen is open to the Great Room across a breakfast bar and centers around the fireplace with flat screen TV. The Owner’s Suite is located on the first floor and features an enormous walk-in closet and a truly spa-like bath, with separate soaking tub and shower. Two other bedrooms are located on the first floor. Two large bedrooms with its own full bath are located upstairs and in the basement. Max occupancy is 12 persons (Children under the age of six (6) are not be counted in this restriction) due to deed restrictions.
Kids and adults alike will love the large recreation room featuring table games (football, ping-pong and pool table) as well as a seating area with flat screen TV and XBOX. A screened porch is a perfect area to relax.
The house is located in the luxurious The Grande at Canal Pointe community. Clubhouse, fitness center, pools, are all in walking distance and only augment this amazing beach community. The ONLY new community East of Route 1 in Rehoboth...
Surrounded by protected wetlands, The Cape Henlopen State Park, and the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal, natural beauty exists as the community’s most stunning amenity by far. Access the Junction and Breakwater Bike Trails (connecting Rehoboth and Lewes) across the entrance of the community, and appreciate the breathtaking habitat of the Delaware Seashore. Then bike into Rehoboth Beach to enjoy the area’s finest restaurants, relax on the beach, or play in the surf and sand.

We will provide all beds with pillows and blankets. BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS AND TOWELS (or have a local linen company deliver it to the house for a fee). AGE LIMIT is 25 YEARS FOR ALL UNRELATED ADULTS IN THE HOUSE. We require a signed electronic lease within a week of booking. Our high-speed internet is active from May to November.
THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE! IT IS GEARED FOR MULTI-GENERATIONAL FAMILIES & GROUPS OF CLOSE FRIENDS. We have two outdoor cameras and two noise sensors (outdoor/indoor, no voice recording) installed on the property.
IMPORTANT: Bookings during rate periods with a Saturday changeover (typically during the peak summer months) are required to check in and out on Saturdays with 7, 14, or 21 nights stay.
