Primary suite with a king bed in the main living area and three additional bedrooms on the other side of the house. Accessible through the screened-in porch/atrium area, you will find a 2nd primary suite with a queen bed. Each room has its own AC unit, so guests can tailor the temperature to their preference. This home's main living area and screened-in porch provide plenty of room for everyone to spread out for downtime, fun game nights, or entertaining. The beautifully situated home is also very private. North Shores-guests have full access to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean Beach with approximately 2,200 feet of private shoreline.
LOCATION: The private community beach, swimming pool (summer only), tennis courts, and marina are just a short walk away, and the glorious new bike/ jogging path from Gordon's Pond through the wetlands to Lewes is conveniently nearby. North Shores is a quiet residential community with a 24/7 security patrol and a private beach (with lifeguards from Memorial Day through Labor Day). A perk of this private community is the availability of beach chairs and umbrellas for rent through the beach club. The beach is a short 4-minute walk from the house, but renters who prefer not to walk or bike may park for free in the lot next to the community swimming pool. This is easy to get to the beach if you bring your own equipment. North Shores has an ideal location between the Rehoboth boardwalk and Henlopen State Park. You can walk south for one mile along the beach from North Shores to the center of Rehoboth, with its boardwalk and wide array of restaurants and shops. Teenagers can easily get to the boardwalk and back on their own by foot or bike. Or you can head north, where five miles of undeveloped beach and the recently-completed secluded bike and walking path leading to the lovely town of Lewes. A quick car ride to Rt. 1 brings you to the three sets of tax-free Tanger Outlets.

THINGS TO KNOW: Linens are not supplied. However, we offer a rental package to guests. Dogs are permitted with a pet fee. There is a $100.00 North Shore amenity fee. Steps are required to access the home. Central heat is only on one side of the home with the primary bedroom and main living space. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
