Secluded, Beautifully designed Home on 2acre Landscaped Estate. The property offers a Gorgeous Oversize Heated Granite Pool with Waterfall. Tennis Court (also pickleball) and Basketball Court.
You will have 3000 sq ft of this 6000sq ft home including private wing with seperate entrances, 4 Bedrooms 2 1/2 baths, Living Room, Sunroom, Dining Room, Sitting room and Kitchen.

There are Two Huge Outside Decks which include a Covered dining area, living area and lounges in the sun with umbrellas.

Enjoy the privacy and the strong water pressure in your outdoor shower while taking in the view of the sky.

The Outdoor Kitchen is perfect for bbq and entertaining. Fully equipped indoor kitchen with use of utensils, cookware and china. The Indoor Dining Room, Sitting Room, Living Room and Sunroom are great spots to sit and socialize with your group or just hang alone and read a book.

We offer total VIP services upon request including Private Driver, Private Chef, Yoga and Masseuse. Just let us know what you want and we will make it happen. Owner can be on premises for VIP services. We pride ourselves in making a memorable experience whether that means taking advantages of our VIP services or totally chilling on the property and enjoying the privacy and tranquility of the estate. Most of our guests come and never leave the property!

Outstanding Week!
The property was beautiful, highlighted by a gorgeous and deep pool (with an outdoor shower you do not want to leave), a tennis court (with a basketball hoop), and grounds large and varied enough for our disc golf games. We also loved the host who was gracious, helpful and generous with suggestions for restaurants and places to go. She also directed us to a nearby ocean beach with reasonable parking. All in all, a fantastic experience!

Unique, peaceful property with truly amazing host/owner.
Fantastic property- beautiful pool, tennis ct and outdoors. Perfect for a family or a few couples. Great lawns/landscaping and outdoor bbq area, and the inside is bright, light and has everything you need for a great vacation. Would 100% recommend this property to friends.

Oasis with Amazing Pool
We had a wonderful stay at Cherie’s gorgeous house. The pool and surrounding area are truly spectacular - a perfect oasis for adults to chill out. The kitchen (and outdoor grill) are top-of-the-line, as are the beds and other amenities. Cherie was a great host - mostly leaving us alone, but always available from her private wing to help with any issues (if which there weren’t any major ones). It is close to the Hamptons towns, but quiet and isolated. Can’t wait to return!

Wonderful home and host
We had such a great time at this home, especially with Cherie as the host, that it turned out to be one the most memorable experiences in our lives. Cherie was promptly communicative from the time of our online inquiry all the way throughout our 2 weeks stay. The home was amazing with so many nice details that make a big house feel warm and cozy. The grounds were meticulously maintained with lush greens and flowers. The pool and the tennis/basketball court were so convenient and fun. Cherie went out of her way to make us feel welcome but still have our privacy at the same time. She had so many great suggestions for local restaurants and attractions that we got to experience the Hampton's like never before. We highly recommend this place and would definitely come back.

A wonderful sanctuary!
My group and I had an excellent relaxing by the pool for our girls' weekend. The house is beautiful and Cherie was a wonderful host. The area is so peaceful and close to the beach, definitely great retreat from NYC!

Best party of the summer with the most gracious host!
Hands down one of the best parties and houses ever!!! We had our office Summer Party as Cherie's. Cherie was beyond a phenomenal host from the start to finish! She opened up her gorgeous home to us as well as coordinating all of our party essentials from decorations, to preparing delicious appetizers and lunch along with her specialized boozy drinks. We had such an amazing time together eating, drinking, and hanging in the sun with being able to use the basketball and tennis courts. I highly recommend staying here or having one of your party events at Cherie's. She will take the up most care of you and won't let you have anything but a great time and stay!
