This modern holiday home is stylishly decorated in beach style with seating corner, adjacent dining area and open kitchen. The colder days are also comfortable due to the cosy fireplace. The ground floor is provided with a bedroom, bathroom en suite and separate toilet. The first floor has two bedrooms, an extra bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Your stay in this house will be even more comfortable because of the upstairs bedrooms have skylights that automatically regulate the aeration. As a result, it is significantly cooler in the bedrooms in the summer.

The fully enclosed garden offers you a lot of privacy and has a large terrace with old olive trees, that can be reached directly from the house.
