Probleme mit der Abrechnung von Kind im Zimmer
Obwohl wir extra ein Zimmer mit 3 Betten gebucht hatten, wurde das 3. Bett (Kind) nochmal nachverrechnet. Angeblich ein Problem mit hotels.com - Ich hatte bei meinen Aufenthalten aber noch nie Probleme davor bei einem zusätzlichen Kind. Es gab auch kein wesentliches Entgegenkommen - 3. Person wurde voll verrechnet. Ansonsten ist das Hotel und die Umgebung top. Sehr zu empfehlen
