very unwelcoming , I was very upset , we get to our room and find someone had urinated in toilet, I called the front desk to have a supervisor or manager come up to the room to see for them selfs. I was told there was no one on duty, and also no one on duty to clean toilet. horrible service. I asked to be changed to a clean room and I was told , sorry every room was sold out. I will never stay in this hotel again.

The only thing I didn’t like was waking up and finding a cockroach on the wall. Other than that it was a nice place to stay. Friendly staff. The pool and jacuzzi were nice.
